【摘要】：過去十多年來,隨著中國經(jīng)濟(jì)的飛速發(fā)展以及世界經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化進(jìn)程的不斷加快,中國企業(yè)“走出去”的步伐也不斷加快。從對(duì)外進(jìn)出口貿(mào)易到現(xiàn)在的對(duì)外直接投資,中國融入國際分工的程度正在不斷加深,對(duì)外直接投資和對(duì)外貿(mào)易作為一國參與國際經(jīng)濟(jì)活動(dòng)的兩種最重要的方式,都在中國改革開放之后的的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中占據(jù)著不可替代的位置。兩者自1978年之后一直都在數(shù)量上呈現(xiàn)出不斷增長的態(tài)勢,可見兩者聯(lián)系之緊密,而兩者之間到底存在著怎樣的相互影響以及數(shù)量關(guān)系,則成為了一個(gè)很好研究點(diǎn)。本文綜合理論分析和計(jì)量模型,在理論結(jié)合實(shí)際的基礎(chǔ)上,研究中國對(duì)外直接投資影對(duì)進(jìn)出口貿(mào)易的影響和中國對(duì)外貿(mào)易對(duì)其對(duì)外直接投資影響,并且探究兩者之間存在的數(shù)量關(guān)系。經(jīng)過大量分析,本文認(rèn)為：中國對(duì)外直接投資對(duì)出口貿(mào)易和進(jìn)口貿(mào)易兼有拉動(dòng)和抑制影響,要具體到不同的投資動(dòng)機(jī)；中國對(duì)大多數(shù)國家的直接投資均對(duì)中國和這些國家之間的進(jìn)出口貿(mào)易產(chǎn)生了正向的拉動(dòng)作用；出口貿(mào)易通過貿(mào)易壁壘倒逼效應(yīng)和外匯儲(chǔ)備積累效應(yīng)對(duì)中國的外直接投資產(chǎn)生了促進(jìn)作用。最后本文在綜合這些分析的基礎(chǔ)上,提出相關(guān)的政策建議,相信這對(duì)于中國對(duì)外直接投資以及對(duì)外貿(mào)易的穩(wěn)定、健康、可持續(xù)發(fā)展將有重要的理論和實(shí)踐意義。
[Abstract]:In the past decade, with the rapid development of China's economy and the acceleration of the process of world economic integration, the pace of "going out" of Chinese enterprises has been speeding up. From foreign import and export trade to current foreign direct investment, China's integration into the international division of labor is deepening. Foreign direct investment and foreign trade are two of the most important ways for a country to participate in international economic activities. After the reform and opening up in China, the economic development occupies an irreplaceable position. Since 1978, the two have been showing an increasing trend in quantity, which shows that the two are closely related, and what kind of mutual influence and quantitative relationship exist between the two has become a good research point. On the basis of theoretical analysis and measurement model, this paper studies the influence of China's foreign direct investment on import and export trade and China's foreign trade on its foreign direct investment. And explore the quantitative relationship between the two. After a lot of analysis, this paper holds that: China's foreign direct investment (OFDI) has both pulling and restraining effects on export trade and import trade, which should be specific to different investment motives; China's direct investment in most countries has a positive effect on the import and export trade between China and these countries. Export trade through trade barriers force effect and foreign exchange reserve accumulation effect on China's foreign direct investment has played a role in promoting. Finally, on the basis of synthesizing these analyses, this paper puts forward some relevant policy suggestions, which is believed to have important theoretical and practical significance for the stability, health and sustainable development of China's foreign direct investment and foreign trade.
