零售企業(yè)管理人員內(nèi)部培訓體系構(gòu)建研究
[Abstract]:With the increasingly prominent role of knowledge workers in enterprises, the internal training and talent reserve of enterprise managers is an important basis for the development of enterprises, and the training and development of managers is directly related to the survival of enterprises. The key to growth and growth. Managers, due to their own professional development needs, pay more attention to the promotion and learning of lifelong employment ability. Through the improvement of internal training system for managers, enterprises make the training of managers more standardized, institutionalized, advanced and practical, so that the comprehensive ability of enterprise managers is constantly improved in internal training. To help managers to establish a stable career development line, but also to create a group of high performance, high quality management team, for the sustainable development of enterprises to provide strong human resources protection. Leading the army, but in the internal training of its management there are still old ideas, not strong execution, lack of team learning and sharing atmosphere; the form of training content is single, lack of practicability, imperfect system; training organization is not perfect, Lack of professional trainers, training management operation is not standardized. These problems have resulted in the LF Group having not received the ideal training effect for its managers in the past, however, it is difficult for the external managers to adapt, and the level of managers promoted internally is difficult to meet the needs of the enterprises. Facing the shortage of management personnel, LF Group, which is developing rapidly, urgently needs to improve the training system of its managers. On the basis of the research on the training system of managers and the characteristics of retail industry in domestic and foreign enterprises, The characteristics of effective internal training system of managers and the establishment and management of training system are combed and studied by the method of theoretical research. And combined with the LF Group's own development strategy research, as well as the existing managers career development needs of the survey, Develop the design of internal training system for managers around the deficiencies of existing managers' professional skills and competencies. Systematic curriculum learning, on-the-job learning, and reserve talent training and development system design, stimulate the enthusiasm of enterprise managers training, enhance the comprehensive ability of managers. So that this paper can be used for reference to the establishment of internal training system for managers in other retail enterprises.
