【摘要】：十九世紀新古典經濟學家馬歇爾指出,國際貿易的發(fā)達程度決定著各國經濟的進步程度。由此可見,自近代以來,國際貿易在世界經濟增長中扮演不可或缺的角色。然而,隨著現(xiàn)代國際貿易的迅速擴張,西方學術界對貿易學的視角一直局限于"據"而非"理",這是當代貿易學的發(fā)展偏差,尤其是片面地強調科學至上、濫用技術以及不計后果過度開發(fā)等問題。一些國際貿易學家熱衷于對片面的形式化和模型化進行追捧,通過數(shù)學方式將國際貿易學變成像"科學",他們認為如果不用數(shù)學模型的方法研究貿易學就不夠"科學"、"規(guī)范"。國際貿易學研究中常常以應用數(shù)學工具的程度作用貿易學研究水平的標志,但過度的科學化會使國際貿易學陷入僵局。相比之下,對貿易學中真正需要重視的問題,如國際貿易學學科要素的研究,西方學術界目前沒有這方面的研究成果出現(xiàn)。國際貿易學在資本主義原始積累時期就已經開始萌芽,這是一門既古老又新興的學科。過去的國際貿易學的主要表現(xiàn)形式為國與國之間進行商品互換而忽略了國際服務,基本上整個國際貿易學圍繞著"國際貿易利益"展開,并未對國際貿易學的研究對象、主要的研究任務和研究方法、理論主線、邏輯要求及理論體系等方面進行具體的闡述。因此,本文主要是對國際貿易學的學科七要素進行闡述,在緒論部分,闡明了本文的研究背景、目的與意義;緊接著交代了國際貿易學的研究對象、研究的任務和采取的研究方法。本文將國際貿易理論與實務分開,遵循當代國際貿易的發(fā)展軌跡,重新探索構建國際貿易的理論體系,以國際貿易利益為核心概念,并以貿易自由主義與貿易保護主義的爭論為理論主線展開國際貿易學的基本內容,采用過程法、抽象法、分析法、比較法等主要的研究方法,著重闡述國際貿易的原因、基礎、條件、環(huán)境、政策、趨勢等主要理論,力求客觀而系統(tǒng)地說明國際貿易發(fā)展的特點、根據及其規(guī)律性。
[Abstract]:Marshall, a neoclassical economist in the 19 th century, pointed out that the degree of development of international trade determines the economic progress of various countries. Thus, since modern times, international trade has played an indispensable role in world economic growth. However, with the rapid expansion of modern international trade, the perspective of western academic circles on trade has been confined to "according to" rather than "theory", which is the deviation of the development of modern trade science, especially the one-sided emphasis on the supremacy of science. Abuse of technology and regardless of the consequences of over-exploitation and other issues. Some international trade scientists are keen to pursue one-sided formalization and modelization and turn international trade science into "science" by mathematical means. They think that it is not enough "science" and "norm" to study trade science without mathematical model. The level of international trade research is often marked by the degree of application of mathematical tools, but excessive scientization will lead to the deadlock of international trade. In contrast, there are no research achievements in the field of international trade, such as the research on the elements of international trade, which need to be paid more attention to. The science of international trade has begun to sprout in the primitive accumulation period of capitalism, which is an old and new subject. In the past, the main manifestation of international trade was the exchange of goods between countries and the neglect of international services. Basically, the whole science of international trade revolved around the "interests of international trade", and it did not focus on the object of study of the science of international trade. The main research tasks and research methods, theoretical main line, logic requirements and theoretical system are elaborated. Therefore, this paper mainly expounds the seven elements of the subject of international trade. In the introduction part, it clarifies the research background, purpose and significance of this paper, and then explains the research object of international trade. Research tasks and methods adopted. In this paper, the theory of international trade is separated from practice, followed the development track of contemporary international trade, and the theoretical system of international trade is re-explored, with the core concept of international trade interests as the core. Taking the controversy between trade liberalism and trade protectionism as the theoretical main line, the author introduces the basic contents of international trade, and uses the process method, abstract method, analysis method, comparative method and other main research methods to explain the reason and foundation of international trade. The main theories, such as conditions, environment, policies, trends and so on, strive to explain objectively and systematically the characteristics, basis and regularity of the development of international trade.
