【摘要】：近年來,P2P網(wǎng)絡借貸行業(yè)憑借著“無監(jiān)管、無標準、無門檻”的寬松市場條件發(fā)展得十分迅速,平臺數(shù)量爆發(fā)式上漲,交易額屢創(chuàng)新高,已經(jīng)成為舉足輕重的小額融資渠道。但是,無序的野蠻式生長同樣也給P2P網(wǎng)絡借貸行業(yè)帶來了致命的傷害,問題平臺增多,跑路事件頻發(fā),使得人們在訝異于其高速發(fā)展的同時也不禁為其未來感到擔憂。為了整頓P2P網(wǎng)絡借貸行業(yè),2015年7月,人民銀行聯(lián)手其他十家部門發(fā)布《關(guān)于促進互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融健康發(fā)展的指導意見》,行業(yè)的“無監(jiān)管”時代結(jié)束,各項監(jiān)管準則開始影響P2P網(wǎng)絡借貸平臺的營運、發(fā)展,行業(yè)內(nèi),一場轉(zhuǎn)型風暴悄然而至。江西懿懿投資咨詢有限公司作為一家上線不久的民營系P2P網(wǎng)絡借貸企業(yè),同樣也不可避免地受到監(jiān)管的沖擊,而與此同時,其也剛與江西電子集團達成收購意愿,挑戰(zhàn)與機遇并存,她應何去何從?本文首先從P2P網(wǎng)絡借貸行業(yè)現(xiàn)狀入手,通過縱向?qū)Ρ确治龇�、歸納總結(jié)法對國內(nèi)該行業(yè)及平臺運營模式進行研究分析。然后,通過對行業(yè)現(xiàn)狀的歸納總結(jié)找出我國該行業(yè)中存在的問題,進而引出轉(zhuǎn)型的必要性。最后,本文通過對兩個國內(nèi)平臺的轉(zhuǎn)型案例的分析,學習P2P網(wǎng)絡借貸平臺的轉(zhuǎn)型經(jīng)驗,為江西懿懿投資咨詢有限公司轉(zhuǎn)型方案的設計做好理論和實踐上的充分準備。為了深入了解江西懿懿投資咨詢有限公司的具體情況,本文運用縱向?qū)Ρ确治龇▽ζ錁I(yè)務狀況、行業(yè)地位進行分析,同時通過SWOT分析法對江西懿懿投資咨詢有限公司目前所擁有的優(yōu)劣勢,面臨的機會和威脅進行詳細的介紹,并找到其存在的問題。然后,本文以公司戰(zhàn)略管理的理論為依據(jù),為江西懿懿投資咨詢有限公司選好總體戰(zhàn)略、競爭戰(zhàn)略以及職能戰(zhàn)略。接著,在已選的三個層次的公司戰(zhàn)略的基礎上,本文對企業(yè)哲學、新產(chǎn)品、運營模式、相關(guān)流程、組織結(jié)構(gòu)以及部門規(guī)劃進行具體設計安排。最后,為了保證轉(zhuǎn)型方案的順利實施,本文對江西懿懿投資咨詢有限公司的轉(zhuǎn)型方案的實施進行相關(guān)安排,并對轉(zhuǎn)型過程中可能出現(xiàn)的問題進行事先估量,給出相關(guān)解決對策。筆者期望此次轉(zhuǎn)型方案的設計能幫助江西懿懿投資咨詢有限公司順利渡過這個機會與挑戰(zhàn)并存的整合階段,迎來新的春天。同時,也希望此此次的研究能夠?qū)罄m(xù)的P2P網(wǎng)絡借貸企業(yè)的轉(zhuǎn)型起到借鑒作用,幫助企業(yè)順利轉(zhuǎn)型升級。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the P2P network lending industry has developed rapidly with the loose market conditions of "no supervision, no standard, no threshold", the number of platforms has exploded, the transaction volume has repeatedly reached a new high, and has become a pivotal microfinance channel. However, the disorder and savage growth has also brought fatal harm to the P2P network lending industry. The increase of problem platforms and the frequent incidents of running the road make people surprised by its rapid development, but also worry about its future. In order to clean up the P2P network lending industry, in July 2015, the people's Bank of China, together with 10 other departments, issued guidelines on promoting the healthy Development of Internet Finance, ending the "unregulated" era of the industry. Various regulatory standards are beginning to affect the operation and development of P2P network lending platform. In the industry, a storm of transformation is coming quietly. Jiangxi Yi Yi Investment Consulting Co., a recently launched private P2P network lending company, is also inevitably subject to regulatory shocks, and at the same time, it has just reached a takeover wish with Jiangxi Electronics Group. Challenges and opportunities coexist, where should she go? This paper begins with the current situation of P2P network lending industry, through longitudinal comparative analysis, summarizes the domestic industry and platform operation mode research and analysis. Then, by summarizing the current situation of the industry, we find out the existing problems in this industry, and then lead to the necessity of transformation. Finally, through the analysis of the transformation cases of the two domestic platforms, this paper studies the experience of the transformation of P2P network lending platform, and makes sufficient preparations for the design of the transformation scheme of Jiangxi Yi Investment Consulting Co., Ltd. In order to deeply understand the specific situation of Jiangxi Yi Investment Consulting Co., Ltd., this paper uses longitudinal comparative analysis method to analyze its business status and industry status. At the same time, the advantages and disadvantages, opportunities and threats faced by Jiangxi Yi Yi Investment Consulting Co., Ltd. are introduced in detail by SWOT analysis, and the existing problems are found. Then, based on the theory of corporate strategic management, this paper selects the overall strategy, competitive strategy and functional strategy for Jiangxi Yi Yi Investment Consulting Co., Ltd. Then, on the basis of the selected three levels of company strategy, this paper designs the enterprise philosophy, new product, operation mode, related process, organization structure and department planning. Finally, in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the transformation program, this paper makes relevant arrangements for the implementation of the transformation program of Jiangxi Yi Investment Consulting Co., Ltd. The author hopes that the design of the transformation scheme will help Jiangxi Yi Yi Investment Consulting Co., Ltd., through the integration of opportunities and challenges, usher in a new spring. At the same time, I hope this research can help the P2P network loan enterprises to transform and upgrade smoothly.
