【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展,全球化的推進(jìn),想要在競爭激烈的市場環(huán)境中中生存、發(fā)展和壯大,財務(wù)風(fēng)險管理問題不容忽視,于是,使用合適的手段解析企業(yè)存在的財務(wù)風(fēng)險,從而創(chuàng)建一套適合企業(yè)自身的財務(wù)風(fēng)險管理系統(tǒng)對企業(yè)長遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展具有重要意義。本文選取了HS餐飲公司2013-2015年的主要財務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)并計算出相應(yīng)財務(wù)指標(biāo),利用風(fēng)險控制理論運用定量分析的方法對HS餐飲公司的財務(wù)風(fēng)險進(jìn)行識別、測評,并使用風(fēng)險控制定性分析方法進(jìn)行預(yù)判。將以上兩種方法相結(jié)合,然后通過對HS餐飲公司財務(wù)風(fēng)險的綜合評估,找出HS餐飲公司存在的財務(wù)風(fēng)險,并做出企業(yè)財務(wù)風(fēng)險應(yīng)對措施。其次,以COSO委員會發(fā)布的企業(yè)風(fēng)險管理框架為基礎(chǔ)結(jié)構(gòu),針對HS餐飲公司的財務(wù)風(fēng)險管理出現(xiàn)的問題,構(gòu)建了一套適合HS餐飲公司的財務(wù)風(fēng)險管理系統(tǒng)。在本文中我以COSO-ERM框架對HS餐飲公司的組織架構(gòu)進(jìn)行了一定程度的修改,針對財務(wù)風(fēng)險提出具體的控制措施,并完善了部分內(nèi)部制度,以期能對其財務(wù)風(fēng)險管理有好的影響。最后,得出經(jīng)過對HS餐飲公司的案例的深入剖析得到的結(jié)論與啟示。通過使用科學(xué)合理的方式方法,創(chuàng)建出適合企業(yè)自身實際情況的一套財務(wù)風(fēng)險管理系統(tǒng),依據(jù)企業(yè)本身情況合理實施,才能發(fā)揮應(yīng)有的成果。本文僅根據(jù)HS餐飲公司目前的財務(wù)狀況進(jìn)行研究,創(chuàng)建了HS餐飲公司的財務(wù)風(fēng)險管理體系,希望能夠為HS餐飲公司的健康長遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展提供有效的參考,也為其他的餐飲企業(yè)可以合理借鑒COSO-ERM框架,并加強(qiáng)自身的財務(wù)風(fēng)險管理提供一些參考。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy and the advance of globalization, if we want to survive, develop and strengthen in the competitive market environment, the problem of financial risk management can not be ignored. Therefore, it is of great significance to establish a set of financial risk management system suitable for the long-term development of enterprises. This paper selects the main financial data of HS Catering Company from 2013 to 2015 and calculates the corresponding financial indexes. The financial risk of HS Catering Company is identified and evaluated by using the risk control theory and quantitative analysis method. And the qualitative analysis method of risk control is used to predict. Combining the above two methods, through the comprehensive evaluation of the financial risk of HS catering company, find out the financial risk of HS food and beverage company, and make the measures to deal with the financial risk of the enterprise. Secondly, based on the enterprise risk management framework issued by COSO Committee, a set of financial risk management system suitable for HS catering company is constructed in view of the financial risk management problems of HS catering company. In this paper, I use the COSO-ERM framework to modify the organizational structure of HS catering company to a certain extent, put forward specific control measures for financial risk, and improve some internal systems, in order to have a good impact on the financial risk management. Finally, the conclusion and enlightenment of the case of HS Food & Beverage Company are obtained. By using scientific and reasonable ways and means, a set of financial risk management system suitable for the actual situation of the enterprise can be created, and the due results can be brought into play according to the reasonable implementation of the enterprise's own situation. Based on the current financial situation of HS Catering Company, this paper establishes the financial risk management system of HS Catering Company, hoping to provide an effective reference for the healthy and long-term development of HS Catering Company. It also provides some reference for other catering enterprises to draw lessons from COSO-ERM framework and strengthen their own financial risk management.
