【摘要】：平臺信息披露與信用評級是影響出資人意愿,進而影響P2P平臺融資成功率的重要因素。本文綜合考慮了平臺、出資人、借款人三方的相互影響,并以中國第一家P2P借貸平臺網(wǎng)站——拍拍貸在2014年1~12月的真實交易數(shù)據(jù)為樣本,研究P2P平臺的融資成功率影響因素。研究發(fā)現(xiàn):借款詳情描述字數(shù)越多,融資成功率越低,這也驗證了出資人存在"懶人效應"。借款金額、利率、期限以及歷史失敗次數(shù)均會降低融資成功率。而歷史成功次數(shù)、性別、工作、平臺評級、認證均與融資成功率呈顯著的正向關系。其中年齡與融資成功率沒有直接關系。在所有影響因素中,平臺評級在所有促進融資成功的變量中系數(shù)最大。本文研究對規(guī)范P2P平臺,提高平臺融資成功率具有意義。
[Abstract]:Platform information disclosure and credit rating are important factors that affect the willingness of investors and the success rate of P2P platform financing. Based on the real transaction data of PPDAI, the first P2P lending platform in China from January to December 2014, this paper studies the influencing factors of the success rate of P2P financing. The study found that the more words the loan details are, the lower the financing success rate is, which verifies the "lazy person effect" of the investor. The amount of money borrowed, the interest rate, the term, and the number of times of historical failure all reduce the success rate of financing. The number of historical success, gender, work, platform rating, certification and financing success rate were significantly positive relationship. There is no direct relationship between age and financing success rate. Of all the influencing factors, the platform rating has the highest coefficient of all the variables that contribute to the success of the financing. The research in this paper is significant for standardizing P2P platform and improving the success rate of financing.
