【摘要】：在當(dāng)前經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的背景下,我國的對外貿(mào)易正在趕上國際潮流。產(chǎn)品內(nèi)分工作為經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的一種全新分工形式,從出現(xiàn)至今經(jīng)過40多年的發(fā)展已經(jīng)擴(kuò)展到各個國家。價格貿(mào)易條件對一個國家的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展至關(guān)重要,可以反映出一個國家在進(jìn)行產(chǎn)品進(jìn)出口中的能力大小以及貿(mào)易利益的關(guān)系。文章主要是從產(chǎn)品內(nèi)分工這一角度來具體分析價格貿(mào)易條件。文章首先進(jìn)行了理論研究,通過對兩者進(jìn)行對比分析,進(jìn)而得到在當(dāng)前產(chǎn)品內(nèi)分工的情況下傳統(tǒng)價格貿(mào)易條件存在的各種問題,進(jìn)而著重分析兩者的組合作用。文章對比分析了我國外貿(mào)中使用的兩種貿(mào)易形式:一般貿(mào)易與加工貿(mào)易。通過對以往文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行調(diào)研同時利用了帕式綜合指數(shù)公式,筆者推導(dǎo)了產(chǎn)品內(nèi)分工下計算價格指數(shù)的公式,同時得到一般貿(mào)易、加工貿(mào)易與我國的整體價格貿(mào)易條件之間的關(guān)系。價格貿(mào)易條件呈現(xiàn)上升、下降再上升的趨勢,結(jié)果又回到與報告期差別不大的層次上,沒有出現(xiàn)大的波動。一般貿(mào)易條件下的價格貿(mào)易條件沒有出現(xiàn)大的波動同時相對于以前其價格貿(mào)易條件有變好的趨勢。依據(jù)國內(nèi)的整體狀況,筆者發(fā)覺國內(nèi)的價格貿(mào)易條件相對于基期有變好的趨勢。通過波動狀況可以看出,一般貿(mào)易、加工貿(mào)易與我國的價格貿(mào)易條件的波動規(guī)律具有一致性,即短期出現(xiàn)波動但是長期位于一條平坦且截距小的直線附近,這就從整體上表明了從長時間來說,國內(nèi)的價格貿(mào)易條件沒有出現(xiàn)大的變化。文章針對理論分析結(jié)果與計算結(jié)果對比分析了其前提假設(shè)與價格貿(mào)易條件。筆者認(rèn)為目前政府應(yīng)該調(diào)整對外戰(zhàn)略,改善傳統(tǒng)的對外貿(mào)易方式,在提升自身產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的同時,加強(qiáng)與第三世界國家的協(xié)作與交流,加強(qiáng)對國內(nèi)加工貿(mào)易的重視。此外,政府應(yīng)該積極借助于全球化的優(yōu)勢吸收國際經(jīng)驗,促進(jìn)國際國內(nèi)市場的融合,升級產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu),打造一套完善的產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈。就國內(nèi)而言,產(chǎn)品內(nèi)分工前提下國內(nèi)的價格貿(mào)易出現(xiàn)好轉(zhuǎn),具體趨勢就是長期波動較小而短期出現(xiàn)較大變化。我國政府應(yīng)該著重提升產(chǎn)品內(nèi)分工的能力。結(jié)尾文章展望了國內(nèi)外的價格貿(mào)易的變化趨勢。
[Abstract]:Under the background of economic globalization, China's foreign trade is catching up with the international trend. As a new form of economic globalization, intra-product division of labor has expanded to various countries after more than 40 years of development. Terms of trade are very important to the economic development of a country, which can reflect the ability of a country to import and export products and the relationship between trade interests. The article is mainly from the point of view of intra-product division of labor to analyze the price terms of trade. In this paper, the author makes a theoretical study, through the comparative analysis of the two, and then obtains the problems existing in the traditional price terms of trade under the current situation of intra-product division of labor, and then focuses on the analysis of the combination of the two. This paper contrasts and analyzes two kinds of trade forms used in China's foreign trade: general trade and processing trade. Based on the investigation of the previous literatures and the use of the formula of Pa type composite index, the author deduces the formula for calculating the price index under the intra-product division of labor. At the same time, the relationship between the general trade, processing trade and the overall terms of trade of our country is obtained. The price terms of trade show the trend of rising, decreasing and rising, and the results return to the same level as the reporting period, and there is no big fluctuation. The price terms of trade under the general terms of trade do not fluctuate greatly and have a trend of improvement compared with the previous terms of trade. According to the overall situation in China, the author finds that the domestic price terms of trade have a trend of betterment relative to the base period. From the fluctuation situation, we can see that the general trade and processing trade are consistent with the fluctuation law of China's price terms of trade, that is, short-term fluctuations occur but lie near a straight line with a flat and small intercept for a long time. This on the whole shows that in the long run, the terms of trade in domestic prices have not changed significantly. This paper contrasts the theoretical analysis results with the calculation results and analyzes its premise hypothesis and price terms of trade. The author thinks that the government should adjust its foreign strategy, improve the traditional foreign trade mode, enhance the quality of its own products, strengthen the cooperation and exchange with the third world countries, and pay more attention to the domestic processing trade. In addition, the government should take advantage of the advantages of globalization to absorb international experience, promote the integration of international and domestic markets, upgrade the industrial structure, and create a set of perfect industrial chain. At home, domestic price trade improves under the premise of intra-product division of labor. The specific trend is that the long-term fluctuation is small and the short-term changes are larger. Our government should focus on enhancing the ability of division of labor within products. At the end of the article, the change trend of price trade at home and abroad is prospected.
