網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境下服務(wù)系統(tǒng)績效的指標體系和可拓評價(英文)

【摘要】:服務(wù)業(yè)在世界經(jīng)濟中發(fā)揮著越來越重要的作用,然而目前服務(wù)績效研究主要集中于特定服務(wù)部門或企業(yè).通過建立一個適用于一般服務(wù)系統(tǒng)的通用指標體系,為服務(wù)部門績效評價提供參考依據(jù).并且網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境下的服務(wù)系統(tǒng)可以包含不同行業(yè)的服務(wù)組織,利用可拓評價法對網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境下的服務(wù)系統(tǒng)績效進行評價,可以實現(xiàn)對服務(wù)系統(tǒng)績效從縱向和橫向兩個方面進行評價.最后用一個含6個服務(wù)組織的服務(wù)網(wǎng)絡(luò)系統(tǒng)為案例驗證結(jié)論.
[Abstract]:Service industry plays a more and more important role in the world economy. However, the research on service performance is mainly focused on specific service sectors or enterprises. By establishing a general index system suitable for general service system, this paper provides a reference for the performance evaluation of service departments. And the service system under the network environment can include the service organizations of different industries. Using extension evaluation method to evaluate the performance of the service system under the network environment can realize the evaluation of the service system performance from the vertical and horizontal aspects. Finally, a service network system with 6 service organizations is used as a case study.
