【摘要】：服務業(yè)在世界經濟中發(fā)揮著越來越重要的作用,然而目前服務績效研究主要集中于特定服務部門或企業(yè).通過建立一個適用于一般服務系統的通用指標體系,為服務部門績效評價提供參考依據.并且網絡環(huán)境下的服務系統可以包含不同行業(yè)的服務組織,利用可拓評價法對網絡環(huán)境下的服務系統績效進行評價,可以實現對服務系統績效從縱向和橫向兩個方面進行評價.最后用一個含6個服務組織的服務網絡系統為案例驗證結論.
[Abstract]:Service industry plays a more and more important role in the world economy. However, the research on service performance is mainly focused on specific service sectors or enterprises. By establishing a general index system suitable for general service system, this paper provides a reference for the performance evaluation of service departments. And the service system under the network environment can include the service organizations of different industries. Using extension evaluation method to evaluate the performance of the service system under the network environment can realize the evaluation of the service system performance from the vertical and horizontal aspects. Finally, a service network system with 6 service organizations is used as a case study.
