中國專業(yè)市場(chǎng)的空間差異與影響因素研究

【摘要】:中國專業(yè)市場(chǎng)最早起源于過去的“馬路市場(chǎng)”,經(jīng)過多年的發(fā)展,如今專業(yè)市場(chǎng)變成我國國民經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重要組成部分,在促進(jìn)商品流通、拉動(dòng)地方經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展等方面所起到的作用較為顯著。本文以中國專業(yè)市場(chǎng)的空間差異與影響因素為研究主線。首先根據(jù)市場(chǎng)數(shù)量、總攤位數(shù)、營業(yè)面積、成交額等指標(biāo)分析了中國專業(yè)市場(chǎng)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,并利用2005-2014年10年間的統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)研究了專業(yè)市場(chǎng)的增長情況,預(yù)測(cè)了專業(yè)市場(chǎng)未來發(fā)展趨勢(shì),即規(guī)模化、國際化經(jīng)營、與電子商務(wù)融合發(fā)展和品牌化發(fā)展。接著利用專業(yè)市場(chǎng)成交額和區(qū)位熵,分別計(jì)算了其平均差、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)差、極差、變異系數(shù)、泰爾熵等,進(jìn)一步分析了中國專業(yè)市場(chǎng)發(fā)展的空間差異基本特征,研究發(fā)現(xiàn)中國專業(yè)市場(chǎng)發(fā)展的整體差異在不斷擴(kuò)大,發(fā)展趨于不平衡。通過分析各個(gè)省(市)專業(yè)市場(chǎng)發(fā)展空間差異的演變,利用GeoDa軟件制作出中國專業(yè)市場(chǎng)空間差異的分布圖,可以明顯的看出專業(yè)市場(chǎng)發(fā)達(dá)的省份主要集中在東部地區(qū),中、西部省份專業(yè)市場(chǎng)發(fā)展要落后于東部地區(qū)專業(yè)市場(chǎng),呈現(xiàn)出一定的集聚現(xiàn)象。計(jì)算出的全局Moran’s I值表明,整體上中國專業(yè)市場(chǎng)空間表現(xiàn)出空間正相關(guān)。Moran散點(diǎn)圖表明中國各個(gè)省(市)專業(yè)市場(chǎng)間的相關(guān)模式為“HH”和“LL”。然后采用面板數(shù)據(jù)模型對(duì)影響中國專業(yè)市場(chǎng)空間差異的部分因素進(jìn)行了實(shí)證研究,結(jié)果顯示政府財(cái)政支持的增加、交通便利條件改善、中小企業(yè)發(fā)展越好、對(duì)外貿(mào)易的增長都會(huì)對(duì)專業(yè)市場(chǎng)的發(fā)展帶來積極的影響,而社會(huì)消費(fèi)水平的提高對(duì)專業(yè)市場(chǎng)并沒有促進(jìn)作用,空間因素對(duì)專業(yè)市場(chǎng)發(fā)展的影響并不明顯。最后,根據(jù)本文的理論研究和實(shí)證分析從政府扶持、促進(jìn)中小企業(yè)發(fā)展、擴(kuò)大對(duì)外貿(mào)易、改善交通條件等角度給出了促進(jìn)專業(yè)市場(chǎng)發(fā)展的相關(guān)對(duì)策建議。
[Abstract]:China's professional market originated from the "road market" in the past. After years of development, the professional market has become an important part of the national economic development of our country and is promoting the circulation of commodities. Pull the local economic development and other aspects of play a more significant role. This paper focuses on the spatial differences and influencing factors of China's professional market. First of all, according to the market number, the total number of stalls, business area, turnover and other indicators to analyze the development of the professional market in China, and use the 2005-2014 statistical data to study the growth of the professional market. The future development trend of professional market is forecasted, that is, scale, international management, integration development with electronic commerce and brand development. Then, the average deviation, standard deviation, extreme difference, coefficient of variation, Tyrentropy and so on are calculated by using the turnover and location entropy of the specialized market, and the basic characteristics of the spatial difference in the development of China's professional market are further analyzed. The study found that the overall differences in the development of the professional market in China are constantly expanding and the development tends to be unbalanced. By analyzing the evolution of the spatial differences in the development of specialized markets in various provinces (cities), and using GeoDa software to make the distribution map of the spatial differences of the professional markets in China, we can clearly see that the provinces with developed professional markets are mainly concentrated in the eastern region, in the middle. The western province specialized market development must lag behind the eastern region specialized market, presents the certain agglomeration phenomenon. The calculated global Moran's I value shows that the spatial positive correlation in the space of China's professional market is positive. Moran scatter plot shows that the correlation model between provinces (cities) in China is "HH" and "LL". Then the panel data model is used to study some factors that affect the spatial difference of China's professional market. The results show that the increase of government financial support, the improvement of transportation facilities, the better the development of SMEs. The growth of foreign trade will bring positive influence on the development of professional market, but the improvement of social consumption level will not promote the professional market, and the influence of spatial factors on the development of professional market is not obvious. Finally, according to the theoretical research and empirical analysis of this paper, from the point of government support, promoting the development of small and medium-sized enterprises, expanding foreign trade, improving traffic conditions and other angles, this paper gives the relevant countermeasures and suggestions to promote the development of professional market.
