【摘要】：中國加工貿(mào)易的產(chǎn)業(yè)升級是我國當(dāng)前經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型所面臨的主要問題,而想要完成我國加工貿(mào)易的產(chǎn)業(yè)升級,離不開垂直專業(yè)化分工這個大環(huán)境。2008年的金融危機(jī)對我國加工貿(mào)易產(chǎn)生了重要的影響,次年,我國加工貿(mào)易進(jìn)出口額都出現(xiàn)了大幅度的下降。一方面,這體現(xiàn)了我國加工貿(mào)易與世界其他國家之間的密切聯(lián)系;另一方面,也說明了我國加工貿(mào)易抗沖擊性較差的現(xiàn)實(shí)。作為世界上舉足輕重的加工貿(mào)易大國,增加我國加工貿(mào)易產(chǎn)業(yè)附加值,提升我國加工貿(mào)易全球地位是我們迫切需要解決的難題。由此,本文以垂直專業(yè)化分工為背景,通過對加工貿(mào)易產(chǎn)業(yè)升級路徑以及我國加工貿(mào)易產(chǎn)業(yè)升級影響因素的分析,以期探究出對我國加工貿(mào)易的產(chǎn)業(yè)升級具有促進(jìn)作用的政策建議。本文首先介紹了之前國內(nèi)外學(xué)者,在垂直專業(yè)化分工以及加工貿(mào)易等相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的研究,為本文的寫作奠定了理論基礎(chǔ)。其次,對當(dāng)前全球范圍內(nèi)國際垂直專業(yè)化分工發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀以及在此背景下我國加工貿(mào)易發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀和問題進(jìn)行了分析,直觀的得出我國加工貿(mào)易產(chǎn)業(yè)升級的迫切性。并以H-K模型為基礎(chǔ),借鑒我國學(xué)者的一些研究成果,對加工貿(mào)易產(chǎn)業(yè)升級的內(nèi)涵及路徑進(jìn)行進(jìn)一步的研究。然后,對我國加工貿(mào)易產(chǎn)業(yè)升級的主要影響因素進(jìn)行了理論分析,并選取了我國加工貿(mào)易進(jìn)出口占比較大的七個省市自2004到2013年的面板數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了實(shí)證分析。最后,結(jié)合以上分析以及其他國家和地區(qū)在加工貿(mào)易產(chǎn)業(yè)升級方面的經(jīng)驗(yàn),提出了一些具有針對性的政策和建議,希望切實(shí)促進(jìn)對我國加工貿(mào)易的產(chǎn)業(yè)升級。
[Abstract]:The industrial upgrading of China's processing trade is a major problem facing the current economic transformation of our country, and it is necessary to complete the industrial upgrading of China's processing trade. The financial crisis in 2008 had an important impact on China's processing trade, and the following year, the import and export volume of processing trade in China had declined by a large margin. On the one hand, this reflects the close relationship between China's processing trade and other countries in the world; on the other hand, it also shows the reality that China's processing trade has poor impact resistance. As one of the most important processing trade countries in the world, it is an urgent problem for us to increase the added value of our processing trade industry and to promote the global status of our processing trade. Therefore, this paper, based on the vertical specialization division of labor, analyzes the upgrading path of processing trade industry and the factors affecting the upgrading of processing trade industry in China. In order to explore the industrial upgrading of processing trade in China to promote the role of policy recommendations. This paper first introduces the previous studies of scholars at home and abroad in the vertical specialization division of labor and processing trade and other related fields, which laid a theoretical foundation for the writing of this paper. Secondly, the paper analyzes the current situation of the international vertical specialization in the world and the current situation and problems of the development of China's processing trade under this background, and intuitively draws the urgency of upgrading the processing trade industry of our country. Based on the H-K model and some research results of Chinese scholars, the connotation and path of the upgrading of processing trade industry are further studied. Then, the main influencing factors of the upgrading of processing trade industry in China are analyzed theoretically, and the panel data from 2004 to 2013 in seven provinces and cities with relatively large import and export of processing trade in China are selected for empirical analysis. Finally, based on the above analysis and the experience of other countries and regions in the upgrading of processing trade industry, this paper puts forward some targeted policies and suggestions, hoping to promote the industrial upgrading of processing trade in China.
