H公司電子商務(wù)發(fā)展對策研究

【摘要】:電子商務(wù)(Electronic Commerce)作為新型商業(yè)運營模式,因具基于互聯(lián)網(wǎng)實現(xiàn)信息發(fā)布、查詢、產(chǎn)品交易、反饋的特點,正在得到越來越多企業(yè)的應(yīng)用和推廣。在高低壓電氣行業(yè)當(dāng)中,由于中低壓產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)企業(yè)在技術(shù)、資金和規(guī)模等方面生產(chǎn)要求低,導(dǎo)致該行業(yè)內(nèi)企業(yè)數(shù)量多,產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量參差不齊,行業(yè)競爭激烈,行業(yè)平均利潤水平越來越低。在這個時期,隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)使用的迅速普及,電子商務(wù)在信息潮流中應(yīng)運而生并迅猛發(fā)展,由于電子商務(wù)所具有的交易快捷和成本低廉等特點,已經(jīng)對傳統(tǒng)的企業(yè)經(jīng)營模式形成了極大的沖擊和挑戰(zhàn),但是從另外一個角度來說,電子商務(wù)的迅速發(fā)展也給傳統(tǒng)電氣行業(yè)帶來了嶄新的機遇。作為一家專業(yè)生產(chǎn)銷售低壓成套開關(guān)設(shè)備和各類非標(biāo)機箱的民營企業(yè),H公司在激烈的市場競爭中,其發(fā)展也正在遭遇如何突破傳統(tǒng)經(jīng)營模式的重大瓶頸。因此,本文以H公司為研究對象,基于電子商務(wù)管理理論和管理優(yōu)化理論,運用文獻研究法和定性分析法,在調(diào)研訪談,對公司現(xiàn)狀總結(jié)及問題梳理的基礎(chǔ)上,分析了H公司在業(yè)務(wù)運作過程中存在的具體問題,為H公司提出了優(yōu)化設(shè)計電子商務(wù)的方案及其實施保障對策。研究表明,H公司在電子商務(wù)運營上存在著應(yīng)用程度低,在電子商務(wù)的應(yīng)用環(huán)境差、電子商務(wù)的應(yīng)用物流配送能力不足,以及適應(yīng)電子商務(wù)發(fā)展的人才儲備缺乏等問題。為此,H公司應(yīng)當(dāng)深化電子商務(wù)組織架構(gòu)與內(nèi)部資源整合,建立基于電子商務(wù)模式的公司內(nèi)部管理系統(tǒng),建立應(yīng)用信息技術(shù)的供應(yīng)鏈管理集成,與企業(yè)內(nèi)部交易接口的物流配送系統(tǒng),公司電子商務(wù)方案實施保障對策,優(yōu)化完善公司組織結(jié)構(gòu)體系。本文的研究,為H公司選擇合適的企業(yè)電子商務(wù)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略提供了策略指導(dǎo),能較好地幫助H公司提高企業(yè)管理水平。
[Abstract]:As a new business operation mode, Electronic Commerce is being applied and popularized by more and more enterprises because of the characteristics of information publishing, inquiry, product trading and feedback based on the Internet. In the high and low voltage electrical industry, the production enterprises of low and medium pressure production enterprises are producing requirements in terms of Technology, capital and scale. Low, leading to the number of enterprises in the industry, the uneven quality of the products, the fierce competition in the industry, and the lower level of the average profit of the industry. In this period, with the rapid popularization of the Internet, the electronic commerce came into being and developed rapidly in the information trend. There has been a great impact and challenge to the traditional business model, but from another point of view, the rapid development of e-commerce has also brought new opportunities to the traditional electrical industry. As a private enterprise specializing in producing and selling low-voltage switchgear and all kinds of non standard cases, H company is competing in fierce market competition. In the struggle, its development is also encountering a major bottleneck in how to break through the traditional business model. Therefore, based on the H company as the research object, based on the theory of e-business management and the theory of management optimization, using the literature research method and the qualitative analysis method, this paper analyzes the H company's business on the basis of the survey and interview, on the basis of the general situation and problems of the company. The specific problems existing in the operation process are proposed for H company to optimize the design of electronic commerce and its implementation guarantee countermeasures. The research shows that H company has low application degree in e-business operation, poor application environment in electronic commerce, inadequate logistics distribution ability of e-commerce, and people adapting to the development of e-commerce. For this reason, H company should deepen the integration of e-business organization structure and internal resources, establish internal management system based on electronic commerce model, establish supply chain management integration of application information technology, logistics distribution system with enterprise internal trading interface, guarantee countermeasures of the implementation of corporate e-business scheme. The research of this paper provides strategic guidance for H company to choose appropriate enterprise e-commerce development strategy, which can help H company improve enterprise management level.
