基于引力模型的中國(guó)汽車出口影響因素研究

【摘要】:作為我國(guó)重要的國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)支柱產(chǎn)業(yè),汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)對(duì)帶動(dòng)我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展正發(fā)揮著越來(lái)越重要的作用。目前我國(guó)汽車產(chǎn)銷量均突破2800萬(wàn)量,國(guó)內(nèi)出現(xiàn)產(chǎn)銷兩旺的市場(chǎng)狀況,但我國(guó)汽車出口量在2012年突破100萬(wàn)輛高峰后卻呈逐年下滑趨勢(shì)。暴露出我國(guó)汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)科技水平低、出口市場(chǎng)集中、低價(jià)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)等問(wèn)題,嚴(yán)重影響我國(guó)汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)的國(guó)際化進(jìn)程。本文基于對(duì)我國(guó)汽車出口現(xiàn)狀的剖析,結(jié)合汽車出口中存在的問(wèn)題,運(yùn)用引力模型實(shí)證分析了我國(guó)汽車出口的影響因素,據(jù)此對(duì)企業(yè)出口規(guī)模進(jìn)行潛力測(cè)算,并進(jìn)一步借鑒發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家汽車出口的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn),對(duì)促進(jìn)我國(guó)汽車出口提出相關(guān)政策和建議。文中選取進(jìn)口國(guó)人均GDP、貿(mào)易依存度等多個(gè)因素作為解釋變量,截取2006-2015年間美國(guó)、韓國(guó)、埃及等31個(gè)國(guó)家的時(shí)間面板數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行引力模型的實(shí)證研究,結(jié)果顯示進(jìn)口國(guó)人均收入與雙邊貿(mào)易政策對(duì)我國(guó)汽車出口影響最為突出。進(jìn)口國(guó)人均收入水平越高,我國(guó)向其出口的汽車數(shù)量越多;并且我國(guó)對(duì)有雙邊貿(mào)易政策的國(guó)家汽車出口數(shù)量要顯著高于沒(méi)有雙邊貿(mào)易政策的貿(mào)易國(guó)。出口潛力測(cè)算進(jìn)一步顯示出我國(guó)在美國(guó)、日本、韓國(guó)、意大利、俄羅斯等國(guó)家“出口不足”,意味著我國(guó)汽車企業(yè)在這些國(guó)家面臨著競(jìng)爭(zhēng)激烈的市場(chǎng)環(huán)境,汽車產(chǎn)品的國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力不足。在阿爾及利亞、伊朗、委內(nèi)瑞拉等發(fā)展中國(guó)家出現(xiàn)“過(guò)度出口”現(xiàn)象,容易引發(fā)進(jìn)口國(guó)貿(mào)易保護(hù)“情緒”,貿(mào)易保護(hù)壁壘的潛在威脅較大。最后對(duì)日本、韓國(guó)、德國(guó)的相關(guān)汽車出口政策及成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)進(jìn)行研究,從中總結(jié)出適用于我國(guó)汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)的技術(shù)研發(fā)、政策扶持等方面的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)。本文認(rèn)為,我國(guó)汽車出口應(yīng)在借鑒國(guó)外成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,重點(diǎn)通過(guò)制定科學(xué)長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)的海外發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,逐步規(guī)范出口秩序和提升出口效率,以及以研發(fā)投入和市場(chǎng)需求為導(dǎo)向的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新,特別是通過(guò)提高質(zhì)量、服務(wù)來(lái)提高品牌形象。此外,從國(guó)家層面來(lái)說(shuō),仍需加強(qiáng)財(cái)稅支持、金融扶持,完善出口公共服務(wù),以此來(lái)促進(jìn)中國(guó)汽車的出口。
[Abstract]:As an important pillar industry of national economy, automobile industry is playing a more and more important role in driving the economic development of our country. At present, China's automobile production and sales volume exceeds 28 million, and the domestic market is booming. However, after the peak of 1 million cars in 2012, China's automobile export volume has been declining year by year. The problems such as low level of science and technology, concentrated export market and low price competition in China's automobile industry have seriously affected the internationalization process of China's automobile industry. Based on the analysis of the present situation of China's automobile export and the problems existing in the automobile export, this paper empirically analyzes the influencing factors of our country's automobile export by using the gravity model, and then calculates the potential of the enterprise's export scale. Furthermore, the paper draws lessons from the successful experiences of the developed countries, and puts forward some relevant policies and suggestions to promote the automobile export of our country. This paper selects several factors such as per capita GDP, trade dependence and other factors as explanatory variables, intercepts the time panel data from 31 countries such as the United States, South Korea, Egypt and so on from 2006 to 2015 to carry out an empirical study of gravity model. The results show that the import country's per capita income and bilateral trade policy have the most prominent influence on China's automobile export. The higher the level of per capita income in importing countries, the more cars China exports to them, and the higher the number of automobile exports to countries with bilateral trade policies is higher than that of trading countries without bilateral trade policies. The measurement of export potential further shows that China's "export shortage" in the United States, Japan, South Korea, Italy, Russia and other countries means that Chinese automobile enterprises are facing a competitive market environment in these countries. The international competitiveness of automobile products is insufficient. In Algeria, Iran, Venezuela and other developing countries, the phenomenon of "excessive exports" is likely to trigger the "sentiment" of importing countries' trade protection, and the potential threat of trade protection barriers is greater. Finally, this paper studies the relevant automobile export policies and successful experiences of Japan, South Korea and Germany, and summarizes the successful experiences in technology research and development, policy support and so on, which are suitable for China's automobile industry. This paper holds that China's automobile export should gradually standardize export order and improve export efficiency by formulating a scientific and long-term overseas development strategy on the basis of drawing up successful foreign experiences. And R & D investment and market demand oriented technological innovation, especially through improving quality, service to improve brand image. In addition, at the national level, we still need to strengthen fiscal and tax support, financial support, and improve the export of public services to promote the export of Chinese cars.
