【摘要】：首先分析目前電子商務(wù)專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)存在的主要問題,結(jié)合校企協(xié)同創(chuàng)新的人才培養(yǎng)新模式,提出構(gòu)建電子商務(wù)校企協(xié)同創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)體系來提高學(xué)生實踐能力和創(chuàng)業(yè)能力.然后對校企協(xié)同創(chuàng)新模式下學(xué)校和企業(yè)在協(xié)作機制,理論性和實踐性課程設(shè)置上的改革進(jìn)行探討,最后闡述了電子商務(wù)校企協(xié)同人才培養(yǎng)體系的保障機制.
[Abstract]:Firstly, this paper analyzes the main problems existing in the training of electronic commerce professionals, and puts forward a new model of talents training in cooperation between schools and enterprises to improve the students' practical ability and entrepreneurial ability. Then, the paper discusses the reform of cooperation mechanism, theoretical and practical curriculum setup between schools and enterprises under the mode of cooperative innovation between schools and enterprises, and finally expounds the guarantee mechanism of the cooperative talents training system of e-commerce schools and enterprises.
