【摘要】：近年來,在國際間直接投資和進出口貿(mào)易規(guī)模的發(fā)展不斷壯大,并且關(guān)系呈替代、互補及融合的復(fù)雜背景。中國國際直接投資規(guī)模也在不斷的增加,在國際資本流動中的作用也越來越大,已經(jīng)成為世界最大貿(mào)易國。這兩年來,我國國際投資漸漸地成了熱門的研究課題,主要研究包括分析投資動機,效果分析以及進出口貿(mào)易關(guān)系的研究。在我國與東盟自貿(mào)區(qū)建立的背景下,研究中國對東盟諸國國際直接投資的貿(mào)易關(guān)系這—研究課題更加擁有現(xiàn)實價值。本文研究的對象是我國對東盟十國直接投資額、雙邊貿(mào)易額以及我國國內(nèi)生產(chǎn)總值。第一步,概括中國對外直接投資概況,與此同步定量評析中國對外直接投資,產(chǎn)業(yè)選擇規(guī)范和對東道國自身的效應(yīng)。接著,分析整合了我國與東盟自貿(mào)區(qū)成建過程,我國對東盟諸國直接投資和不同國家間貿(mào)易進展的改變以及現(xiàn)況；然后,實證分析部分。構(gòu)建計量模型(選擇歷年來對東盟直接投資額、雙邊進出口貿(mào)易額、中國國內(nèi)生產(chǎn)總值)來實證分析國家間投資與雙邊貿(mào)易的關(guān)系。結(jié)尾,總結(jié)及提出相關(guān)建議或意見,從法律政策、投資行業(yè)、投資主體和方式等角度,針對如何加快我國對東盟直接投資與雙邊貿(mào)易良性發(fā)展提出針對性意見和建議。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the scale of international direct investment and import and export trade has been growing, and the relationship between them is a complex background of substitution, complementarity and integration. The scale of China's international direct investment is also increasing, and it has become the largest trading country in the world as it plays a more and more important role in international capital flow. Over the past two years, China's international investment has gradually become a hot research topic, including the analysis of investment motivation, effect analysis and import and export trade relationship research. Under the background of the establishment of China and ASEAN Free Trade area, it is of practical value to study the trade relationship between China and ASEAN countries in international direct investment. The object of this study is China's direct investment in ASEAN ten countries, bilateral trade volume and China's gross domestic product (GDP). The first step is to summarize the general situation of China's foreign direct investment (FDI), and to evaluate quantitatively the effects of China's FDI, industrial choice norms and its effects on host country itself. Then, it analyzes and integrates the process of the establishment of the FTA between China and ASEAN, the changes and the current situation of China's direct investment in ASEAN countries and the progress of trade among different countries, and then, the empirical analysis part. An econometric model is constructed to analyze the relationship between inter-country investment and bilateral trade. It includes direct investment in ASEAN, bilateral import and export trade, and China's gross domestic product (GDP) over the years. In the end, the author summarizes and puts forward some suggestions and suggestions on how to speed up the development of China's direct investment in ASEAN and bilateral trade from the angles of law and policy, investment industry, investment subject and way.
