【摘要】：評定一個國家和區(qū)域綜合競爭力和現(xiàn)代化程度重要標(biāo)志是服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展程度。在國民經(jīng)濟(jì)中服務(wù)業(yè)是重要構(gòu)成部分。沈陽是東北地區(qū)的樞紐城市。沈陽市A區(qū)是新型工業(yè)城區(qū),以汽車整車及汽車零部件、機(jī)械裝備、飛機(jī)發(fā)動機(jī)等先進(jìn)工業(yè)制造業(yè)形成產(chǎn)業(yè)集群,是現(xiàn)代化機(jī)械制造業(yè),現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)和房地產(chǎn)業(yè)的重點發(fā)展城區(qū)。沈陽市A區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展平穩(wěn),沈陽市A區(qū)現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)GDP水平將不斷提高,勞動力比重逐漸增大。沈陽市A區(qū)的產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)已經(jīng)明顯分化為第三產(chǎn)業(yè)為領(lǐng)頭羊,第一、二產(chǎn)業(yè)退居二線,在第三產(chǎn)業(yè)中現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)屬于主體地位。這就表明,沈陽市A區(qū)的GDP和勞動力主要依靠現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)。本文以沈陽市A區(qū)服務(wù)業(yè)作為研究對象,結(jié)合沈陽市A區(qū)的資源概況、區(qū)位地理優(yōu)勢、經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,找出沈陽市A區(qū)現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展存在問題,運用SWOT分析法對沈陽市A區(qū)的優(yōu)勢、劣勢、機(jī)遇、威脅進(jìn)行客觀評價,歸納總結(jié)出沈陽市A區(qū)產(chǎn)生問題的原因,沈陽市A區(qū)未來服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展的總體思路通過研究并提出。為引導(dǎo)現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)今后的發(fā)展方向提供切實可行的意見和建議。
[Abstract]:The development of service industry is an important indicator to evaluate the comprehensive competitiveness and modernization of a country or region. Service industry is an important part of the national economy. Shenyang is the hub city of northeast area. District A of Shenyang City is a new type of industrial district. It forms an industrial cluster of advanced industrial manufacturing industries, such as automobiles, auto parts and components, machinery and equipment, aircraft engines, etc. It is a modern mechanical manufacturing industry. Modern service industry and real estate industry focus on the development of urban areas. The economic development of District A of Shenyang City is stable, the GDP level of modern service industry in A District of Shenyang City will be raised continuously, and the proportion of labor force will increase gradually. The industrial structure of District A of Shenyang City has been obviously divided into the third industry as the leader, the first and the second industries retreating into the second line, and the modern service industry belongs to the main position in the tertiary industry. This indicates that the GDP and labor force of Shenyang A area mainly depend on modern service industry. This paper takes the service industry of A district of Shenyang as the research object, and finds out the problems existing in the development of modern service industry in the area A of Shenyang, in combination with the general situation of resources, geographical advantages of location and the present situation of economic development in area A of Shenyang. This paper makes an objective evaluation of the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of A District in Shenyang by using SWOT analysis, summarizes the causes of the problems in area A of Shenyang City, and puts forward the general idea of the future development of service industry in A District of Shenyang City. In order to guide the development of modern service industry in the future to provide practical advice and suggestions.
