【摘要】：隨著網(wǎng)絡技術的飛速發(fā)展,越來越多的新興行業(yè)、項目出現(xiàn)在了人們的日常生活中,我們可以說,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的發(fā)展進一步推動了傳統(tǒng)行業(yè)的發(fā)展與變革,而本文所研究的涉農(nóng)網(wǎng)絡銀行便是以互聯(lián)網(wǎng)為載體、現(xiàn)代信息技術為基礎發(fā)展而來的重要新興產(chǎn)物之一。為了對我國涉農(nóng)網(wǎng)絡銀行的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀做出更好的了解,筆者通過對相關文獻的研究以及實際網(wǎng)站特點的分析,構建了一套適合于我國涉農(nóng)網(wǎng)絡銀行評價的指標體系,并且根據(jù)利用該體系得到的樣本數(shù)據(jù)結果,對我國涉農(nóng)網(wǎng)絡銀行的發(fā)展提出了針對性的建議。本文的具體研究內(nèi)容如下:1.對國內(nèi)外網(wǎng)絡銀行以及電子商務類網(wǎng)站的評價研究現(xiàn)狀進行了分析,并且對國內(nèi)外網(wǎng)絡銀行的特點以及目前發(fā)展所存在的問題進行了闡述。2.通過對網(wǎng)站評價的相關研究,了解在對網(wǎng)站進行評價時所需要遵循的原則,并且根據(jù)我國涉農(nóng)網(wǎng)絡銀行的實際發(fā)展情況確定了構建評價體系時所使用的具體方法。3.根據(jù)對網(wǎng)站評價現(xiàn)狀的相關研究并且結合有關專家的建議,制定了涉農(nóng)網(wǎng)絡銀行評價體系的相應指標,再通過利用層次分析法,確定了體系中所有指標的對應權重,并且對指標數(shù)據(jù)的獲取方式和規(guī)范化方式做出了明確的規(guī)定,最終得到了一套較為完善的涉農(nóng)網(wǎng)絡銀行評價指標體系。4.為了驗證本文中構建的評價指標體系的可行性,選取了 141個樣本網(wǎng)站,并且利用該體系對這些樣本網(wǎng)站進行了評價測試。5.根據(jù)樣本網(wǎng)站的評價結果以及相關文獻的研究結果,對我國涉農(nóng)網(wǎng)絡銀行的發(fā)展提出了相應的建議。并且,在文章的最后,對本研究的結果以及不足之處做出了總結,同時也對我國涉農(nóng)網(wǎng)絡銀行未來的發(fā)展做了簡要的展望。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of network technology, more and more new industries, projects appear in people's daily life, we can say that the development of the Internet has further promoted the development and transformation of traditional industries. The agricultural network bank studied in this paper is one of the important emerging products based on the Internet and modern information technology. In order to make a better understanding of the current situation of the development of the agricultural network bank in China, the author constructs a set of index system suitable for the evaluation of the agricultural network bank of our country through the research of the related literature and the analysis of the characteristics of the actual website. According to the results of the sample data obtained by the system, some suggestions are put forward for the development of agricultural network banks in China. The specific contents of this paper are as follows: 1. This paper analyzes the status quo of the evaluation and research on the network banks and e-commerce websites at home and abroad, and expounds the characteristics of the network banks at home and abroad and the existing problems in the development of the network banks at home and abroad. Through the relevant research on website evaluation, we understand the principles to be followed in the evaluation of websites, and according to the actual development of agricultural network banks in China, we determine the specific methods used in the construction of evaluation system. According to the relevant research on the status quo of website evaluation and the suggestions of relevant experts, the corresponding indexes of the evaluation system of the agricultural network bank are formulated, and the corresponding weights of all the indexes in the system are determined by using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP). And the way to obtain the index data and the standardized way have made the clear stipulation, finally obtained a set of relatively perfect appraisal index system of the agricultural network bank. 4. In order to verify the feasibility of the evaluation index system constructed in this paper, 141 sample websites were selected and evaluated by the system. According to the evaluation results of the sample websites and the research results of related documents, the paper puts forward some suggestions for the development of agricultural network banks in China. At the end of the paper, the results and shortcomings of this study are summarized. At the same time, the future development of agricultural network banks in China is briefly prospected.
