【摘要】：隨著供應鏈的發(fā)展和互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術的日新月異,市場競爭的程度日趨激烈,商品也呈現(xiàn)如品類多樣化、快速淘汰化的特點,因此商貿企業(yè)的庫存管理面臨著更大的挑戰(zhàn),那就是庫存積壓與缺貨同在,庫存成本過高。為了降低商貿企業(yè)的庫存成本及庫存水平,商貿企業(yè)一直都在尋找更適合的庫存管理方式。大數(shù)據(jù)和共享經(jīng)濟時代的到來,為人們提供了全新的思考視角,也促使人們構建新的思維模式,也使虛擬庫存管理理論得到了更好地發(fā)展和運用,恰好為商貿企業(yè)庫存共享模式的研究提供了新的思考方向。本文運用比較分析法、模型構建法、案例分析法等,提出了大數(shù)據(jù)下的商貿企業(yè)庫存共享模式,并分析了實施企業(yè)內部庫存共享模式的成本模型及對策,最后對典型案例企業(yè)進行了該模式下的分析。首先,以庫存共享為核心內容,通過文獻綜述法查閱分析了國內外研究現(xiàn)狀和商貿企業(yè)庫存管理現(xiàn)狀,借助供應鏈管理理論、虛擬庫存管理理論等相關理論的支撐,詳細闡述了大數(shù)據(jù)下的庫存共享模式的構建思路,并提出大數(shù)據(jù)下的商貿企業(yè)庫存共享模式的三種形式——企業(yè)內部庫存共享模式、倉儲資源共享模式、庫存信息交叉共享模式。為驗證模式的有效性,以第一種形式為例、結合庫存成本理論,基于假設分析構建了企業(yè)內部庫存共享模式與不共享模式的實施模型,并運用比較分析法進行比較分析和邏輯推演。最后通過案例分析法對案例企業(yè)構建和實施大數(shù)據(jù)下的庫存共享模式,并詳細的分析、推演和論證了該模式的可行性和有效性,然后提出針對性對策。
[Abstract]:With the development of supply chain and the rapid change of Internet technology, the degree of market competition is becoming more and more intense, and the commodity also presents the characteristics of diversification of category and rapid elimination. Therefore, the inventory management of commercial and commercial enterprises is facing more challenges. That is the stock backlog with the shortage of goods, inventory costs are too high. In order to reduce the inventory cost and inventory level of business enterprises, business enterprises have been looking for more suitable inventory management. With the coming of big data and sharing economy, it not only provides people with a new perspective of thinking, but also promotes people to construct a new mode of thinking, and makes the theory of virtual inventory management better developed and applied. It provides a new thinking direction for the research of the stock sharing mode of commercial enterprises. Using comparative analysis method, model construction method and case analysis method, this paper puts forward the inventory sharing model of commercial and commercial enterprises under big data, and analyzes the cost model and countermeasures of implementing the internal inventory sharing mode of enterprises. Finally, the typical case of enterprises under this model is analyzed. First of all, with inventory sharing as the core content, through literature review analysis of domestic and foreign research status and commercial enterprises inventory management status, with the support of supply chain management theory, virtual inventory management theory and other related theories. This paper expatiates on the construction of inventory sharing mode under big data, and puts forward three forms of inventory sharing mode of commercial and commercial enterprises under big data-internal inventory sharing mode, warehousing resource sharing mode, and so on. Inventory information cross-sharing mode. In order to verify the validity of the model, taking the first form as an example, combined with the inventory cost theory, the implementation model of internal inventory sharing mode and non-sharing mode is constructed based on the hypothesis analysis. And use comparative analysis method to carry on comparative analysis and logic deduction. Finally, the paper constructs and implements the inventory sharing model under big data through the case analysis, deduces and proves the feasibility and effectiveness of the model in detail, and then puts forward the targeted countermeasures.
