【摘要】：俄羅斯是世界上面積最大的國(guó)家,作為世界貿(mào)易組織(WTO)成員國(guó)之一,在世界對(duì)外貿(mào)易中占有非常重要的地位。圖瓦共和國(guó)(Republic of Tuva)是在俄羅斯亞洲部分的中部地區(qū),圖瓦共和國(guó)在俄羅斯工業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方面占有重要的地位。它也是俄羅斯聯(lián)邦最年輕的主體,總?cè)丝跀?shù)3百萬(wàn)左右。圖瓦的主要工業(yè)是采礦工業(yè),還有食品、森林、木材加工、輕工、建筑材料等生產(chǎn)工業(yè)。它最主要的貿(mào)易伙伴是蒙古國(guó)和中國(guó),貿(mào)易發(fā)展還處于起步階段。本文對(duì)俄羅斯圖瓦共和國(guó)聯(lián)邦區(qū)對(duì)外貿(mào)易及經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展進(jìn)行比較系統(tǒng)的分析研究,一共分為五章。在本文的緒論中介紹了研究背景及意義,并說(shuō)明了主要研究?jī)?nèi)容及方法、研究現(xiàn)狀以及創(chuàng)新與不足;第二章主要梳理了國(guó)際貿(mào)易相關(guān)的理論內(nèi)容,主要介紹了國(guó)際貿(mào)易理論和國(guó)際貿(mào)易政策,為論文創(chuàng)作提供了所需要的理論支撐;第三章詳細(xì)分析闡述了俄羅斯圖瓦共和國(guó)對(duì)外貿(mào)易的規(guī)模變化,進(jìn)出口貿(mào)易的發(fā)展特征,對(duì)外貿(mào)易的主體與方式等貿(mào)易發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀;第四章深入剖析了俄羅斯圖瓦共和國(guó)聯(lián)邦區(qū)對(duì)外貿(mào)易中存在的主要問(wèn)題,并結(jié)合圖瓦國(guó)情分析了產(chǎn)生這些問(wèn)題的原因;第五章主要針對(duì)上文分析的主要結(jié)論,從調(diào)整對(duì)外貿(mào)易戰(zhàn)略與政策、加大基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施投入、吸引外資以及增加能源供應(yīng)四個(gè)方面提出了促進(jìn)圖瓦共和國(guó)聯(lián)邦區(qū)對(duì)外貿(mào)易發(fā)展的對(duì)策建議。
[Abstract]:Russia is the largest country in the world, as one of the member countries of the World Trade Organization (WTO), it occupies a very important position in the world foreign trade. The Republic of Tuva is an important part of the central part of Russia, and the Republic of Tuva plays an important role in the development of Russia's industrial economy. It is also the youngest entity in the Russian Federation, with a population of about 3 million. Tuva's main industries are mining, as well as food, forest, wood processing, light industry, building materials and other production industries. Its main trading partners are Mongolia and China, and trade development is still in its infancy. This paper makes a systematic analysis of the foreign trade and economic development in the Federal District of Russia's Tuva Republic, which is divided into five chapters. In the introduction of this paper, it introduces the research background and significance, and explains the main research contents and methods, research status, innovation and deficiency. It mainly introduces the theory of international trade and international trade policy, which provides the necessary theoretical support for the creation of the thesis. Chapter three analyzes in detail the changes in the scale of foreign trade and the development characteristics of import and export trade in the Republic of Russia. The fourth chapter deeply analyzes the main problems existing in the foreign trade of the Federal District of the Russian Republic of Tuva, and analyzes the causes of these problems in the light of the situation of Tuva. The fifth chapter mainly aims at the main conclusions of the above analysis, from adjusting the foreign trade strategy and policy, increasing the investment in infrastructure, Four aspects of attracting foreign capital and increasing energy supply are put forward to promote the development of foreign trade in the Federal District of the Republic of Tuva.
