塔吉克斯坦跨境電商企業(yè)物流發(fā)展研究

【摘要】:電子商務(wù)隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)的飛速發(fā)展而不斷發(fā)展壯大,其中跨境電子商務(wù)表現(xiàn)尤為突出,跨境電子商務(wù)自身發(fā)展的同時也推動了全球貿(mào)易一體化進(jìn)程,戰(zhàn)略意義十分重要。近年來跨境電子商務(wù)的交易規(guī)模呈階梯型增長狀態(tài),跨境電商因其自身的交易簡單便捷性和超高的性價比,逐步打破了國界和地域的限制,進(jìn)一步改變著世界經(jīng)濟(jì)貿(mào)易整體結(jié)構(gòu)。2014年塔吉克斯坦國家跨境貿(mào)易電子服務(wù)試點(diǎn)正式成立,一方面致力于滿足塔吉克斯塔跨境電子商務(wù)的需求,另一方面不斷的應(yīng)對跨境電子商務(wù)貿(mào)易中存在的問題點(diǎn),將塔吉克斯坦跨境電商提高到一個新的高度。塔吉克斯坦首都杜尚別等國內(nèi)大型城市一直重點(diǎn)打造電子口岸建設(shè),依托跨境電子商務(wù)平臺的優(yōu)勢,把電子口岸管理工作和跨境電子商務(wù)企業(yè)聯(lián)合起來,及時進(jìn)行業(yè)務(wù)上的溝通,不斷共享數(shù)據(jù)信息,保證電子商務(wù)能夠及時有效地應(yīng)對各種發(fā)展問題,最終形成具有塔吉克斯坦特色的跨境電子商務(wù)監(jiān)督管理流程,提升通關(guān)管理和電子商務(wù)服務(wù)水平。截止到2016年,以傳統(tǒng)電子商務(wù)為基礎(chǔ)演變而來的跨境電子商務(wù)已經(jīng)進(jìn)入到一個穩(wěn)定成熟的發(fā)展階段,并在不斷地改變著消費(fèi)者的購物習(xí)慣和生活方式,跨境電子商務(wù)也成為了塔吉克斯坦社會經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重要組成部分。然而,在現(xiàn)階段,塔吉克斯坦的信息化和數(shù)字化水平依舊較低,電子商務(wù)在塔吉克斯坦的發(fā)展尚處于初級階段。因此,本文以Tajmarket電子商務(wù)公司為例主要研究塔吉克斯坦的跨境電子商務(wù)企業(yè)物流發(fā)展,以期對塔吉克斯坦的跨境電子商務(wù)企業(yè)物流發(fā)展的理論研究進(jìn)行拓展和補(bǔ)充。本文從塔吉克斯坦跨境電商企業(yè)物流進(jìn)出口貿(mào)易、產(chǎn)品互補(bǔ)、政策互補(bǔ)、技術(shù)互補(bǔ)、勞動力互補(bǔ)等方面,全方位的對塔吉克斯坦開展跨境國際貿(mào)易活動過程中電商企業(yè)物流活動存在的優(yōu)勢和不足進(jìn)行分析,從而提出有效地意見和建議。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of Internet technology, E-commerce is developing rapidly, especially cross-border e-commerce. The development of cross-border e-commerce also promotes the process of global trade integration, which is of great strategic significance. In recent years, the scale of cross-border e-commerce transactions has shown a ladder growth state. Because of its simplicity, convenience and high performance-price ratio, cross-border e-commerce has gradually broken the restrictions of national boundaries and regions. Further changing the overall structure of the world economy and trade. In 2014, Tajikistan officially established the National Cross-border Trade Electronic Service pilot, which, on the one hand, is dedicated to meeting the needs of Tajikistan's cross-border e-commerce, On the other hand, the problems in cross-border e-commerce trade have been constantly dealt with, raising the cross-border e-commerce business in Tajikistan to a new height. Dushanbe, the capital of Tajikistan, and other large domestic cities have been focusing on the construction of electronic ports. Relying on the advantages of cross-border e-commerce platforms, they have combined the management of electronic ports with cross-border e-commerce enterprises. Timely business communication, continuous sharing of data and information, ensuring that e-commerce can deal with all kinds of development problems in a timely and effective manner, and finally forming a process of supervision and management of cross-border e-commerce with the characteristics of Tajikistan, Improve customs management and e-commerce services. By 2016, cross-border e-commerce, which has evolved on the basis of traditional e-commerce, has entered a stable and mature stage of development and is constantly changing consumers' shopping habits and lifestyle. Cross-border e-commerce has also become an important part of Tajikistan's social and economic development. However, at this stage, the level of information and digitization in Tajikistan is still low, and the development of electronic commerce in Tajikistan is still in the primary stage. Therefore, taking Tajmarket E-commerce Company as an example, this paper mainly studies the logistics development of cross-border e-commerce enterprises in Tajikistan, in order to expand and supplement the theoretical research of cross-border e-commerce enterprises logistics development in Tajikistan. In this paper, from the aspects of import and export trade, product complementation, policy complementarity, technology complementarity, labor force complementation of cross-border e-commerce enterprises in Tajikistan, This paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of e-commerce enterprises' logistics activities in the process of carrying out cross-border international trade in Tajikistan, and puts forward effective opinions and suggestions.
