【摘要】：當(dāng)今社會,人力資源已經(jīng)成為企業(yè)在激烈的市場競爭中取勝的關(guān)鍵,企業(yè)員工滿意度的管理有利于企業(yè)了解自身現(xiàn)狀和增強(qiáng)企業(yè)凝聚力。本文選取了鞍山家樂福超市作為研究的個(gè)例以對企業(yè)員工滿意度現(xiàn)狀及其影響成分進(jìn)行分析。通過本實(shí)例研究對鞍山家樂福超市員工滿意現(xiàn)狀及影響成分發(fā)現(xiàn):從整體上來看,企業(yè)員工的滿意度屬于中等偏低水平,工作滿意度亟待提高;對企業(yè)員工滿意度造成影響的成分是多方面的,但從整體上來看,主要有六個(gè)維度:工作本身、薪金待遇、人際關(guān)系、管理制度、作業(yè)環(huán)境和晉升發(fā)展。同時(shí)企業(yè)員工的滿意度還受到許多人口成分例如性別、年齡、受教育程度、工作崗位等影響。結(jié)合對鞍山家樂福超市員工滿意度的分析和相關(guān)基礎(chǔ)基本理論,有必要有針對性地采取相應(yīng)的措施以保證企業(yè)員工滿意度的全面提升。在制定相應(yīng)的措施之前應(yīng)該注重處理好企業(yè)追求利潤與提高企業(yè)員工滿意度的關(guān)系以及企業(yè)主導(dǎo)作用與企業(yè)員工主體地位之間的關(guān)系。具體可以采取的措施主要有:調(diào)整薪資福利體系、使企業(yè)員工能夠滿足最基本的物質(zhì)需求,培養(yǎng)內(nèi)涵豐富的企業(yè)文化、增強(qiáng)企業(yè)員工的企業(yè)文化認(rèn)同感,建立多渠道溝通機(jī)制、使企業(yè)員工個(gè)人目標(biāo)與企業(yè)發(fā)展相融合,健全人力資源管理規(guī)劃、完善企業(yè)績效考核與企業(yè)員工激勵(lì)機(jī)制以及加強(qiáng)相關(guān)制度的落實(shí)、將現(xiàn)有的企業(yè)員工政策真正落實(shí)到實(shí)處等等。
[Abstract]:In today's society, human resources have become the key for enterprises to win in the fierce market competition. The management of employee satisfaction is helpful for enterprises to understand their own situation and enhance the cohesion of enterprises. This paper chooses Anshan Carrefour supermarket as an example to analyze the present situation of employee satisfaction and its influencing factors. Through the case study of Anshan Carrefour supermarket employee satisfaction status and influence components found: overall, the enterprise employee satisfaction belongs to the medium low level, job satisfaction needs to be improved; There are many factors that affect employee satisfaction, but on the whole, there are six dimensions: job itself, salary, interpersonal relationship, management system, work environment and promotion. At the same time, employee satisfaction is also affected by many demographic components such as gender, age, education, jobs, etc. Based on the analysis of employee satisfaction in Anshan Carrefour supermarket and related basic theories, it is necessary to take corresponding measures to ensure the overall improvement of employee satisfaction. Before formulating the corresponding measures, we should pay attention to the relationship between the pursuit of profit and the improvement of employee satisfaction and the relationship between the leading role of the enterprise and the main position of the employee. The specific measures that can be taken are as follows: adjusting the salary and welfare system, enabling the employees to meet the most basic material needs, cultivating a rich enterprise culture, strengthening the corporate culture identity of the enterprise employees, and establishing a multi-channel communication mechanism. Make the individual goal of enterprise staff and enterprise development merge, perfect human resource management plan, perfect enterprise performance appraisal and enterprise employee incentive mechanism, and strengthen the implementation of related system, Implement the existing employee policy into practice and so on.
