【摘要】:作為企業(yè)管理活動中的重要組成部分,有效的績效評價能夠極大地推動企業(yè)的發(fā)展和壯大,一套行之有效的績效評價體系更加顯得難能可貴。隨著信息化時代的到來,越來越多的非財務(wù)因素,諸如戰(zhàn)略、文化、人才等已經(jīng)成為能夠影響企業(yè)績效的驅(qū)動因素。面對競爭日趨激烈的市場環(huán)境,企業(yè)需要盡快將其制定的戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃轉(zhuǎn)化為實際行動。這時候一套能夠?qū)⑵髽I(yè)短期行動和戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)緊密結(jié)合起來、將非財務(wù)因素和財務(wù)因素良好平衡起來的績效評價體系就顯得迫在眉睫,而平衡計分卡在此背景下應(yīng)運而生。作為西南地區(qū)眼鏡零售行業(yè)的龍頭企業(yè),QY企業(yè)擁有眾多一線銷售員工。由于企業(yè)當(dāng)前績效評價管理水平相對落后,導(dǎo)致企業(yè)不能對銷售員工績效進(jìn)行全面正確的評價,更無法提高銷售員工的工作熱情和積極性,因此企業(yè)迫切需要一套較為完善全面的績效評價體系來優(yōu)化目前的狀況。文章主要思路是在研究分析了QY企業(yè)銷售員工績效評價的現(xiàn)狀以及存在問題分析之后,利用平衡計分卡理論框架,根據(jù)企業(yè)的實際情況構(gòu)建QY企業(yè)銷售員工績效評價體系,彌補企業(yè)當(dāng)前績效管理中存在的不足,提高企業(yè)的績效管理水平。本文在前期綜合研讀國內(nèi)外平衡計分卡的相關(guān)理論知識和研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合QY公司構(gòu)建平衡計分卡績效評價體系,對其中出現(xiàn)的各個流程和環(huán)節(jié),諸如戰(zhàn)略制定、指標(biāo)選擇、權(quán)重確定等等,進(jìn)行逐一講解和細(xì)致分析,并進(jìn)一步對其中存在的問題做深入探討。最后在體系構(gòu)建的基礎(chǔ)上,基于信息化平臺設(shè)計并開發(fā)一套符合績效評價體系的信息軟件系統(tǒng),將理論落實到具體實踐當(dāng)中,方便企業(yè)實際運用和操作。本文研究的最主要出發(fā)點是在具體實踐中考察平衡計分卡的作用和價值,希望通過本文的研究能夠?qū)ξ覈髽I(yè)績效評價體系的構(gòu)建在理論和實踐層面上都能提供一點經(jīng)驗和參考。
[Abstract]:As an important part of enterprise management activities, effective performance evaluation can greatly promote the development and growth of enterprises, and a set of effective performance evaluation system is even more valuable. With the advent of the information age, more and more non-financial factors, such as strategy, culture, talent and so on, have become the driving factors that can affect the performance of enterprises. Faced with the increasingly competitive market environment, enterprises need to transform their strategic planning into practical actions as soon as possible. At this time a set of performance evaluation system which can combine short-term actions and strategic objectives closely and balance the non-financial factors and financial factors is imminent and balanced scorecard emerges as the times require under this background. As a leading enterprise in the spectacle retail industry in Southwest China, QY has many front-line sales staff. Because the current performance evaluation management level of the enterprise is relatively backward, the enterprise can not carry on the comprehensive correct appraisal to the sales employee's performance, and can't improve the work enthusiasm and enthusiasm of the sales staff, Therefore, enterprises urgently need a comprehensive performance evaluation system to optimize the current situation. The main idea of this paper is to construct the QY enterprise sales employee performance evaluation system according to the actual situation of QY enterprise by using the balanced scorecard theory framework after studying and analyzing the present situation and the existing problems of QY enterprise sales employee performance evaluation. To make up for the deficiency in the current performance management of enterprises, improve the performance management level of enterprises. Based on a comprehensive study of the relevant theoretical knowledge and research results of the balanced scorecard at home and abroad, this paper constructs the performance evaluation system of the balanced scorecard in combination with QY Company, and gives an analysis of the various processes and links, such as the formulation of strategies, which appear in the performance evaluation system of the balanced Scorecard. Index selection, weight determination and so on, explain and analyze one by one, and further discuss the existing problems. Finally, on the basis of the system construction, we design and develop a set of information software system which accords with the performance evaluation system based on the information platform, and put the theory into practice, which is convenient for enterprises to use and operate in practice. The main starting point of this paper is to investigate the function and value of balanced scorecard in practice. It is hoped that the research in this paper can provide some experience and reference to the construction of enterprise performance evaluation system in theory and practice.
