【摘要】：美國自貿(mào)區(qū)不僅數(shù)量多且發(fā)展較為成熟因而受到各國關(guān)注,其分布范圍不僅僅局限于沿海港口,也覆蓋了內(nèi)陸各州。其發(fā)展模式和自貿(mào)區(qū)管理體制,以及相關(guān)優(yōu)惠政策的實施是內(nèi)陸各州自貿(mào)區(qū)得以成功的必要條件,并對內(nèi)陸地區(qū)的經(jīng)濟(jì)貿(mào)易發(fā)展做出了較大的貢獻(xiàn)。我國廣大的中西部地區(qū)絕大多數(shù)是內(nèi)陸地區(qū),如何在新一輪高水平的對外開放中走出一條不同于東部沿海地區(qū)的內(nèi)陸自貿(mào)區(qū)之路,美國內(nèi)陸自貿(mào)區(qū)的發(fā)展及監(jiān)管模式值得研究和借鑒。
[Abstract]:The free trade zones in the United States not only have a large number and mature development, but also attract the attention of many countries. Their distribution is not only confined to the coastal ports, but also covers the inland states.Its development model, free trade area management system, and the implementation of related preferential policies are the necessary conditions for the success of the inland states' free trade zones, and have made great contributions to the economic and trade development of inland areas.The vast majority of the central and western regions in China are inland areas. How to find a way out of the inland free trade zone, which is different from the eastern coastal areas, in the new round of high-level opening up to the outside world?The development and regulatory model of American inland free trade area is worth studying and drawing lessons from.
