【摘要】:中國與哈薩克斯坦長久以來密切頻繁的貿(mào)易往來主要得益于兩國在地緣上的優(yōu)勢,以及在經(jīng)濟貿(mào)易領(lǐng)域的互補優(yōu)勢,但貿(mào)易活動的形式大多以邊境貨物貿(mào)易為主,交易商品種類較為單一,缺乏高附加值商品交易。隨著世界經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展與產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的調(diào)整,貨物貿(mào)易已經(jīng)不能滿足當今世界綠色、高效的經(jīng)濟發(fā)展要求了,世界各國需要一種低耗能、高效率的綠色貿(mào)易方式,這時,服務(wù)貿(mào)易的優(yōu)勢與重要性就在貿(mào)易領(lǐng)域逐漸突顯出來。中國不僅在發(fā)展自身國內(nèi)經(jīng)濟貿(mào)易時開始愈加提升服務(wù)業(yè)部門的地位與發(fā)展力度,與哈薩克斯坦的貿(mào)易結(jié)構(gòu)也開始趨于合理化,貿(mào)易方式也趨于多元化,貿(mào)易重心逐漸向具有高附加值的第三產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移,特別是服務(wù)貿(mào)易領(lǐng)域。本文首先交代了全球服務(wù)貿(mào)易合作的狀況、特點,在此大的背景下,介紹了中國與哈薩克斯坦服務(wù)貿(mào)易合作的基礎(chǔ)與必要性以及各自服務(wù)業(yè)的發(fā)展情況和特點,在此基礎(chǔ)上選取了中國與哈薩克斯坦比較重要的四個領(lǐng)域--交通運輸、旅游、金融、通訊進行了個案分析,隨后著重對雙方服務(wù)貿(mào)易的競爭性與互補性進行了比較分析,最后,在對影響中哈服務(wù)貿(mào)易各類因素具體分析的基礎(chǔ)上為促進雙方服務(wù)貿(mào)易合作的發(fā)展提出了幾點有針對性的對策建議。
[Abstract]:Trade is mainly due China and Kazakhstan for a long time close to the two frequent advantages in geography, as well as in the field of economic and trade complementary advantages, but most of the trade activities in the form of border trade in goods, goods is relatively single, the lack of high value-added commodities. With the development of the world economy and the adjustment of industrial structure trade in goods, has been unable to meet the world green, high requirements of the economic development, the world needs a kind of low energy consumption, high efficiency green trade, then the advantage and importance of trade in services in the field of trade is gradually exposed. China not only began to position and development efforts more enhance the service sector in the development of its own economic and trade, and the trade structure of Kazakhstan began to rationalize, trade tends to be diversified, trade The heart gradually to the high value-added industrial transfer third, especially in the service trade field. This paper explained the characteristics of global service trade cooperation status, in this background, this paper introduces the development and characteristics of foundation and necessity of Chinese and Kazakhstan cooperation in trade in services and the service industry, on the basis of the Chinese and Kazakhstan four more important areas of transportation, tourism, finance, communication of case analysis, then focuses on the trade in services between the competition and complementarity of the comparative analysis, finally, based on the analysis of influence factors of Kazakhstan trade in services on both sides to promote the development of all kinds of service trade cooperation and puts forward some targeted suggestions.
