【摘要】：在我國(guó),注重休閑的社會(huì)時(shí)代特點(diǎn)給民宿業(yè)的發(fā)展提供了良好的契機(jī)。近年來(lái),民宿業(yè)的發(fā)展在一些地方呈現(xiàn)出新的態(tài)勢(shì),各種創(chuàng)意的主題民宿滿足了社會(huì)的多元需求,多樣化的經(jīng)營(yíng)、投資主體為民宿業(yè)的擴(kuò)張?zhí)峁┝藙?dòng)力。地方政府也有發(fā)展民宿業(yè)的強(qiáng)烈愿望,但在充分發(fā)揮引領(lǐng)作用的同時(shí),其管理困境亟待突破,管理能力有待進(jìn)一步提升。
[Abstract]:In our country, the characteristics of the social times that focus on leisure provide a good opportunity for the development of the residential industry. In recent years, the development of the residential industry has taken on a new trend in some places, and various creative themes have met the diverse needs of the society. The diversified management and the investment subject provide the motive force for the expansion of the residential industry. The local government also has a strong desire to develop the residential industry, but at the same time, its management dilemma needs to be broken through, and the management ability needs to be further improved while giving full play to the leading role.
