【摘要】：流通業(yè)作為國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的先導(dǎo)性行業(yè)是經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展的重要?jiǎng)恿?推進(jìn)流通現(xiàn)代化是實(shí)現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟(jì)現(xiàn)代化的內(nèi)在要求。但是,過程中產(chǎn)生的過大的區(qū)域差異對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)持續(xù)發(fā)展構(gòu)成嚴(yán)峻挑戰(zhàn)。因此,對(duì)我國(guó)流通產(chǎn)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化發(fā)展區(qū)域差異問題的研究不僅可以豐富流通領(lǐng)域相關(guān)的理論,而且對(duì)縮小我國(guó)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)差距、促進(jìn)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)持續(xù)發(fā)展都具有極其重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本文的貢獻(xiàn)體現(xiàn)在:首先,通過建立流通產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展影響因素模型,分析六大因素對(duì)流通產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的作用機(jī)理,從理論上揭示導(dǎo)致中國(guó)流通產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展區(qū)域不平衡的原因。其次,構(gòu)建流通產(chǎn)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化發(fā)展水平測(cè)度的指標(biāo)體系,精選指標(biāo)從不同角度對(duì)各區(qū)域流通現(xiàn)代化水平進(jìn)行綜合評(píng)價(jià)。用因子分析的方法確定指標(biāo)權(quán)重,計(jì)算出2015年我國(guó)31個(gè)省份的流通現(xiàn)代化發(fā)展水平,并從省際與四大區(qū)域雙重視角進(jìn)行橫向比較。發(fā)現(xiàn)我國(guó)流通業(yè)現(xiàn)代化水平區(qū)域差異呈現(xiàn)明顯東高西低的不均衡狀態(tài),省份之間的差異也較大。再次,本文將衡量收入差異水平的三個(gè)指標(biāo)——對(duì)數(shù)離差均值、泰爾指數(shù)與基尼系數(shù)——應(yīng)用到區(qū)域差異的問題研究之中。以雙重視角實(shí)證分析差異,發(fā)現(xiàn)流通產(chǎn)業(yè)在省際間的差異顯著、東西部地區(qū)內(nèi)部發(fā)展差異較大。從四大區(qū)域發(fā)展水平差異的分解來觀察,區(qū)域間差異占到主導(dǎo)地位。最后,基于以上理論和實(shí)證分析,本文提出了促進(jìn)中國(guó)流通產(chǎn)業(yè)區(qū)域協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的對(duì)策建議。
[Abstract]:Circulation industry, as a leading industry of national economy, is an important driving force for economic and social development, and promoting circulation modernization is an inherent requirement for realizing economic modernization. The excessive regional differences in the process pose a severe challenge to the sustained economic development. Therefore, the study of the regional differences in the modernization of the circulation industry in China can not only enrich the relevant theories in the field of circulation. Moreover, it is of great practical significance to narrow the regional economic gap and promote the sustainable development of the national economy. The contributions of this paper are as follows: first, by establishing the model of influencing factors for the development of circulation industry, This paper analyzes the action mechanism of six major factors on the development of circulation industry, and theoretically reveals the causes of regional imbalance in the development of circulation industry in China. Secondly, it constructs an index system to measure the level of development of circulation industry modernization. In 2015, the development level of circulation modernization in 31 provinces of China was calculated by using factor analysis method to determine the index weight. It is found that the regional differences in the modernization level of circulation industry in China show an obvious imbalance between East, West and West, and the differences between provinces are also large. This paper applies the logarithmic difference mean, the Thiel index and the Gini coefficient to the study of regional differences, and analyzes the differences from two angles of view, and finds that the difference of circulation industry among provinces is significant. The internal development of the eastern and western regions is quite different. From the decomposition of the four regional development level differences, interregional differences play a dominant role. Finally, based on the above theoretical and empirical analysis, This paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the coordinated development of China's circulation industry.
