【摘要】：2007年作為金融危機爆發(fā)的起點,不僅世界上許多國家的經(jīng)濟發(fā)展都深受其害,也影響了其進出口貿(mào)易,于是這些國家紛紛開始尋找更好的獎出限入的的舉措。美日歐等發(fā)達國家充分利用了經(jīng)濟金融一體化貨幣自由流通的特點,利用本幣變動間接影響其他國家?guī)胖底儎觼韺嵤┴泿疟趬疽赃_到貿(mào)易保護的目的,不僅使我國人民幣升值匯率下跌影響了以美元計價的商品價格,還通過能源貨幣影響世界大宗商品價格抬高成本以影響國際競爭力。此舉對我國以及其他新興市場國家的匯率以及進出口貿(mào)易造成了巨大的沖擊和挑戰(zhàn)。本文從我國遭遇貨幣壁壘的現(xiàn)狀出發(fā),系統(tǒng)的闡述了2008年金融危機以來以美國為首的發(fā)達國家貨幣壁壘大幅實施對我國出口貿(mào)易產(chǎn)生的巨大影響和挑戰(zhàn)。在此基礎(chǔ)之上運用定性分析方法分析了貨幣壁壘對我國出口貿(mào)易造成的影響,主要表現(xiàn)在削弱了我國出口的國際競爭力,縮小了我國的出口市場,使傳統(tǒng)的出口優(yōu)勢行業(yè)受到直接沖擊,增加了我國出口的生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營成本幾個方面,運用定量分析方法分析了貨幣壁壘對我國出口貿(mào)易以及出口貿(mào)易結(jié)構(gòu)的影響,得出了協(xié)整關(guān)系。通過分析日本和德國在20世紀80年代時貨幣壁壘對其造成的影響,以及它們在應(yīng)對貨幣壁壘所采取的一系列措施,從中吸取一些經(jīng)驗教訓(xùn),揚長避短,并結(jié)合我國基本國情,得到有利于我國經(jīng)濟健康發(fā)展的啟示。進而從企業(yè)、政府層面尋求應(yīng)對貨幣壁壘促進我國貿(mào)易健康發(fā)展的對策,完善我國的體系政策,促進企業(yè)快速轉(zhuǎn)型,加大自主研發(fā)的力度,增強企業(yè)規(guī)避貨幣壁壘帶來的風(fēng)險的能力。
[Abstract]:In 2007, as the starting point of the outbreak of the financial crisis, not only did the economic development of many countries in the world suffer greatly, but also affected their import and export trade. As a result, these countries have begun to look for better measures to limit entry. Developed countries such as the United States, Japan, and Europe have taken full advantage of the characteristics of the free circulation of economically and financially integrated currencies. Taking advantage of the indirect influence of local currency changes on other countries' currency changes to implement monetary barriers to achieve the purpose of trade protection, not only makes China's RMB appreciation and exchange rate fall, but also affects the price of commodities denominated in US dollars. It also affects international competitiveness through the impact of energy currencies on world commodity prices. This has caused great impact and challenge to the exchange rate of our country and other emerging market countries as well as to the import and export trade. Proceeding from the current situation of China's encounter with monetary barriers, This paper systematically expounds the enormous influence and challenge to China's export trade caused by the substantial implementation of monetary barriers in developed countries led by the United States since the financial crisis in 2008. On the basis of this, the paper analyzes the monetary wall by using qualitative analysis method. The impact on China's export trade, The main performance is that it weakens the international competitiveness of our country's exports, reduces our export market, directly impacts the traditional export advantage industries, and increases the production and operation costs of our country's exports. This paper analyzes the influence of monetary barriers on China's export trade and export trade structure by means of quantitative analysis, and obtains the cointegration relationship. By analyzing the influence of monetary barriers on China's export trade and export trade structure in 1980s, Japan and Germany are analyzed. And a series of measures they have taken to deal with monetary barriers, draw some experiences and lessons from them, promote their strengths and circumvent their weaknesses, and combine with the basic conditions of our country to get enlightenment conducive to the healthy economic development of our country. Then, from the perspective of enterprises, The government seeks countermeasures to promote the healthy development of China's trade, perfect our country's system policies, promote the rapid transformation of enterprises, increase the strength of independent research and development, and enhance the ability of enterprises to avoid the risks brought by monetary barriers.
