【摘要】：再生資源的回收開發(fā)、利用是堅持勤儉建國、厲行節(jié)約、合理利用資源、減少環(huán)境二次污染和提高社會、經(jīng)濟效益的重要舉措。改革開放以來,隨著我國經(jīng)濟的快速發(fā)展,再生資源回收加工利用作為一個新興的“老行業(yè)”,在節(jié)能環(huán)保、循環(huán)經(jīng)濟的時代背景下具有廣闊的發(fā)展前景。ZZS公司作為行業(yè)領(lǐng)軍企業(yè),肩負著更大的國家使命和社會責(zé)任。文章基于戰(zhàn)略管理、協(xié)同戰(zhàn)略和戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟理論,在借鑒國內(nèi)外研究的基礎(chǔ)上,使用定性和定量的方法分析了ZZS公司發(fā)展中面臨的諸多優(yōu)勢、劣勢、機遇和威脅,結(jié)合公司實際,指出ZZS公司應(yīng)該制定并實施協(xié)同戰(zhàn)略;并從資源(Resources)、組織(Organization)、管理(Management)、文化(Culture)和價值(Value)五個核心要素的優(yōu)化組合的角度提出ROMCV協(xié)同戰(zhàn)略模式;為保障戰(zhàn)略實施,建設(shè)性的提出充分整合資源、完善組織架構(gòu)、創(chuàng)新管理體系、重樹企業(yè)文化品牌和凝煉企業(yè)價值核心等五方面保障措施。文章旨在為ZZS公司未來的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略上做出一些思考,提供一個理論和實踐參考,以期在國家節(jié)能環(huán)保和再生資源行業(yè)中發(fā)揮更重要的作用。
[Abstract]:The development of renewable resources recovery and utilization is to adhere to the thrift, austerity, rational use of resources, reduce environmental pollution and improve the two society, an important measure of economic benefit. Since the reform and opening up, with the rapid development of China's economy, renewable resource recycling processing as a new "old industry", in energy conservation and environmental protection has broad prospects for the development of.ZZS company as the industry leader in circular economy under the background of the times, shouldering greater national mission and social responsibility. On the basis of strategic management, collaborative strategy and strategic alliance theory, on the basis of domestic and international research, using the method of qualitative and quantitative analysis of the advantages of face ZZS company in the development of weaknesses, opportunities and threats, combined with the practice, points out that ZZS company should develop and implement the strategic synergy; and from the resources (Resources), organization (Organization), M (Management Anagement), culture (Culture) and value (Value) optimization of the five core elements of the proposed cooperative strategy model ROMCV; in order to ensure the implementation of the strategy, put forward the construction of the full integration of resources, improve the organizational structure, management system innovation, enterprise culture and brand heavy tree into five aspects of core value of enterprise security measures the purpose of this paper is to make some thinking. For the development strategy of ZZS company in the future, provide a reference for the theory and practice, in order to play a more important role in national energy saving and environmental protection and renewable resources industry.
