【摘要】：國(guó)有大型疏浚企業(yè)的主要施工設(shè)備為大型疏浚工程船舶,在工程建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的施工過(guò)程中,施工設(shè)備的運(yùn)行成本占總施工成本極高的比例。因此對(duì)于租賃設(shè)備的運(yùn)用,是大型疏浚企業(yè)快速擴(kuò)展產(chǎn)能、降低施工成本一個(gè)有效途徑。然而在大型疏浚設(shè)備的租賃方面,由于大型疏浚設(shè)備的特性,與普通的設(shè)備租賃存在較為明顯的區(qū)別,因此需要對(duì)疏浚設(shè)備租賃的經(jīng)濟(jì)性進(jìn)行分析,以明確設(shè)備租賃對(duì)大型疏浚企業(yè)的適用性。本文簡(jiǎn)單介紹了設(shè)備租賃的發(fā)展歷史和目前國(guó)內(nèi)設(shè)備租賃的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,對(duì)經(jīng)營(yíng)租賃、融資租賃、自有資金全款購(gòu)買(mǎi)設(shè)備和貸款購(gòu)買(mǎi)設(shè)備四種設(shè)備獲取方案進(jìn)行了全面的對(duì)比,并從設(shè)備租賃價(jià)格,企業(yè)凈現(xiàn)金流的角度,對(duì)四種設(shè)備獲取方案進(jìn)行了短期和長(zhǎng)期的經(jīng)濟(jì)性分析。同時(shí),針對(duì)大型疏浚設(shè)備的特點(diǎn)和疏浚企業(yè)購(gòu)買(mǎi)、租賃設(shè)備的主要方式,文中進(jìn)行了設(shè)備租賃、購(gòu)買(mǎi)的實(shí)例計(jì)算分析,分別給出了企業(yè)短期、長(zhǎng)期設(shè)備投資的建議。最后,文中對(duì)國(guó)有大型疏浚企業(yè)關(guān)于租賃設(shè)備管理和設(shè)備租賃決策就成本控制、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)規(guī)避、租賃設(shè)備評(píng)價(jià)等方面提出了相關(guān)建議,并討論了關(guān)于開(kāi)展施工企業(yè)自有施工設(shè)備出租業(yè)務(wù)的可行性,從經(jīng)營(yíng)租賃、融資租賃、綜合租賃三個(gè)角度進(jìn)行了簡(jiǎn)單分析,提出了不同模式下的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)以及應(yīng)對(duì)策略。
[Abstract]:The main construction equipment of state-owned large dredging enterprise is large dredging engineering ship. In the construction process of engineering construction project, the operating cost of construction equipment accounts for a very high proportion of the total construction cost. It is an effective way for large dredging enterprises to rapidly expand production capacity and reduce construction cost. However, in the leasing of large dredging equipment, there are obvious differences between large dredging equipment and ordinary equipment leasing because of the characteristics of large dredging equipment. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the economy of dredging equipment lease in order to make clear the applicability of equipment lease to large dredging enterprise. This paper briefly introduces the development history of equipment lease and the present development situation of domestic equipment lease, and the operating lease. Four kinds of equipment acquisition schemes, such as financing lease, owned funds to purchase equipment in full and loans to purchase equipment, are compared comprehensively, and from the point of view of the equipment rental price and the net cash flow of the enterprise, The short-term and long-term economic analysis of four kinds of equipment acquisition schemes are carried out. At the same time, aiming at the characteristics of large dredging equipment and the main ways of purchasing and leasing equipment by dredging enterprises, this paper makes a calculation and analysis of equipment leasing and purchasing examples. Finally, the paper puts forward some suggestions on cost control, risk aversion, rental equipment evaluation and so on for state-owned large dredging enterprises on leasing equipment management and equipment leasing decision. This paper also discusses the feasibility of developing construction equipment rental business in construction enterprises, analyzes the risks and countermeasures in different modes from three angles of operating lease, financing lease and comprehensive lease.
