基于共詞分析的我國電子商務(wù)領(lǐng)域研究熱點(diǎn)探析

【摘要】:隨著移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的快速發(fā)展,電子商務(wù)也正在以侵略式的姿態(tài)占據(jù)我們的生活。這種發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀也使得對(duì)于電子商務(wù)的相關(guān)研究逐漸增多并且呈現(xiàn)出了多種學(xué)科相結(jié)合的新態(tài)勢(shì),這也就對(duì)其研究提出了更高的要求。所以對(duì)于電子商務(wù)領(lǐng)域的研究熱點(diǎn)進(jìn)行分析和探索就顯得十分重要。共詞分析是一種科學(xué)計(jì)量方法,它以各種研究文獻(xiàn)作為研究對(duì)象,并對(duì)文獻(xiàn)的內(nèi)容進(jìn)行客觀系統(tǒng)的定量分析,以便能夠弄清楚文獻(xiàn)內(nèi)容本質(zhì)上的事實(shí)和潛在的變化趨勢(shì)。將共詞分析法與電子商務(wù)領(lǐng)域研究文獻(xiàn)相結(jié)合,能夠合理有效的對(duì)電子商務(wù)領(lǐng)域內(nèi)的研究熱點(diǎn)進(jìn)行分析,并能找出領(lǐng)域內(nèi)研究熱點(diǎn)的潛在發(fā)展趨勢(shì)。本文選取了2002年-2016年這15年間知網(wǎng)中的CSSCI期刊庫中的全部電子商務(wù)領(lǐng)域相關(guān)研究的文獻(xiàn)作為主要研究數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析。研究主體主要分為三部分,第一部分是利用共詞分析和聚類分析兩種方法對(duì)文獻(xiàn)中的關(guān)鍵詞進(jìn)行提取、頻次統(tǒng)計(jì)、共現(xiàn)情況統(tǒng)計(jì)和高頻關(guān)鍵詞之間的關(guān)聯(lián)進(jìn)行研究,尋找并總結(jié)出我國電子商務(wù)領(lǐng)域研究中的六大熱點(diǎn)問題;第二部分是利用社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)分析和突顯詞探測(cè)對(duì)文獻(xiàn)的關(guān)鍵詞和發(fā)表時(shí)間進(jìn)行分析,探索出領(lǐng)域內(nèi)研究的高頻問題隨著時(shí)間的發(fā)展的情況和前沿問題;第三部分是利用動(dòng)態(tài)戰(zhàn)略坐標(biāo)圖的方法對(duì)第一部分得到的研究熱點(diǎn)進(jìn)行分時(shí)段的進(jìn)一步分析,將研究時(shí)間段分為三個(gè)五年,再分別計(jì)算出每一個(gè)時(shí)間段內(nèi)每一個(gè)熱點(diǎn)的密度和向心度,以向心度作為橫坐標(biāo),密度作為縱坐標(biāo),構(gòu)建戰(zhàn)略坐標(biāo)圖,通過比較三幅戰(zhàn)略坐標(biāo)圖對(duì)每個(gè)熱點(diǎn)的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)進(jìn)行探析,得到結(jié)論。通過本文的研究可以直觀地反應(yīng)出我國電子商務(wù)領(lǐng)域研究的熱點(diǎn)問題,以及熱點(diǎn)問題隨時(shí)間的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)情況。這將為對(duì)電子商務(wù)領(lǐng)域感興趣的研究人員快速全面的了解該領(lǐng)域的研究情況提供幫助,也會(huì)對(duì)從事電子商務(wù)相關(guān)研究的專家和學(xué)者提供一定的學(xué)術(shù)參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of mobile Internet, e-commerce is occupying our lives in an aggressive manner. Therefore, it is very important to analyze and explore the research hot spots in the field of electronic commerce. Co-word analysis is a scientific metrological method, and it takes all kinds of research documents as the research object. In order to find out the essential facts and the potential change trend of the literature content, this paper combines the coterm analysis method with the research literature in the field of electronic commerce, and carries on the objective and systematic quantitative analysis to the content of the literature. Can reasonably and effectively carry on the analysis to the research hot spot in the field of electronic commerce, And it can find out the potential development trend of the research hot spots in the field. This paper selects all the related literatures of electronic commerce field in the CSSCI periodical library from 2002 to 2016 as the main research data to carry on the analysis. The main body of the study is divided into three parts. The first part is to use two methods of coterm analysis and cluster analysis to extract the keywords in the literature, frequency statistics, co-occurrence statistics and the correlation between high-frequency keywords. The second part is to use social network analysis and salient word detection to analyze the key words and publishing time of the literature. In the third part, the dynamic strategic coordinate map is used to further analyze the hot spots in the first part. The study period is divided into three five years, and then the density and the centericity of each hot spot in each time period are calculated respectively. The centripetal degree is taken as the horizontal coordinate, the density is taken as the vertical coordinate, and the strategic coordinate map is constructed. By comparing three strategic coordinate maps to analyze the development trend of each hot spot, we can draw a conclusion. Through the research in this paper, we can intuitively reflect the hot issues in the field of electronic commerce in China. And the trend of hot issues over time. This will help researchers interested in the field of e-commerce to quickly and comprehensively understand the research in this field, Will also be engaged in electronic commerce related research experts and scholars to provide a certain academic reference value.
