【摘要】：海島民宿OTO改造平臺始終堅持公益的理念,以民宿改造為實體,通過網絡平臺加以宣傳推廣,吸引志愿者和贊助商,招募合作伙伴,同時也將成品民宿加以宣傳推廣,吸引游客,幫助失海漁民產業(yè)轉型,推動旅游業(yè)的發(fā)展。通過市場調研,結合海島實際發(fā)展現狀,分析平臺運行和發(fā)展的風險和機遇,克服困難,抓住機遇,使海島民宿OTO改造公益平臺可以長久運行,造福失海漁民,保護生態(tài),傳承文化,推動旅游業(yè)發(fā)展。
