【摘要】：海島民宿OTO改造平臺(tái)始終堅(jiān)持公益的理念,以民宿改造為實(shí)體,通過網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺(tái)加以宣傳推廣,吸引志愿者和贊助商,招募合作伙伴,同時(shí)也將成品民宿加以宣傳推廣,吸引游客,幫助失海漁民產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型,推動(dòng)旅游業(yè)的發(fā)展。通過市場(chǎng)調(diào)研,結(jié)合海島實(shí)際發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,分析平臺(tái)運(yùn)行和發(fā)展的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)和機(jī)遇,克服困難,抓住機(jī)遇,使海島民宿OTO改造公益平臺(tái)可以長(zhǎng)久運(yùn)行,造福失海漁民,保護(hù)生態(tài),傳承文化,推動(dòng)旅游業(yè)發(fā)展。
