【摘要】：近幾年,國(guó)際經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)速度緩慢,形勢(shì)復(fù)雜多變,歐洲、日本的市場(chǎng)需求疲軟,全球經(jīng)濟(jì)所面臨的不穩(wěn)定性和不確定性增多,經(jīng)濟(jì)下行趨勢(shì)明顯。由于國(guó)際貿(mào)易條件的變化,中國(guó)出口貿(mào)易增速有所下降。伴隨著“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+”經(jīng)濟(jì)的興起,我國(guó)迅速崛起的跨境電商開(kāi)始成為對(duì)沖對(duì)外貿(mào)易增速下滑的貿(mào)易新方式。2016年,我國(guó)對(duì)外貿(mào)易總額達(dá)到了24.33萬(wàn)億元,跨境電商交易總額達(dá)到6.3萬(wàn)億元,占對(duì)外貿(mào)易總額的比例達(dá)到了25.89%,其中主導(dǎo)的仍然是出口跨境電商。按照當(dāng)前的跨境電商的發(fā)展速度和規(guī)模,2017年我國(guó)出口跨境電商交易總額預(yù)計(jì)達(dá)到6.64萬(wàn)億,跨境電商交易總額預(yù)計(jì)達(dá)到7.4萬(wàn)億左右�？缇畴娚虒�(duì)進(jìn)出口貿(mào)易增長(zhǎng)的引擎作用不容小覷,同時(shí),跨境電商的發(fā)展也會(huì)帶動(dòng)國(guó)內(nèi)相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展,例如物流、計(jì)算機(jī)行業(yè)等,形成一個(gè)相互促進(jìn),共同發(fā)展的良性經(jīng)濟(jì)循環(huán)。然而,在跨境電商的迅速發(fā)展的同時(shí),也面臨著一系列問(wèn)題,信譽(yù)缺失、物流滯后等問(wèn)題阻礙了跨境電商的健康發(fā)展。本論文在概述跨境電商理論的基礎(chǔ)上,從宏觀的規(guī)�？偭俊⑽锪髂Ｊ�、試點(diǎn)城市等幾方面認(rèn)識(shí)我國(guó)跨境電商當(dāng)前的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,并從信譽(yù)、物流等方面找出當(dāng)面阻礙跨境電商發(fā)展的主要問(wèn)題,從宏觀方面預(yù)測(cè)跨境電商在增長(zhǎng)率、進(jìn)出口跨境電商的占比、政府政策等方面的發(fā)展趨勢(shì),在此基礎(chǔ)上,從政府和跨境電商企業(yè)兩個(gè)角度對(duì)我國(guó)跨境電商未來(lái)的發(fā)展提出合理且可行的建議。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the international economy has been growing slowly, the situation is complex and changeable, the market demand in Europe and Japan is weak, the instability and uncertainty facing the global economy are increasing, and the downward trend of the economy is obvious. Due to the changes in the terms of international trade, China's export trade growth has slowed. With the rise of the "Internet" economy, China's rapidly rising cross-border e-commerce has become a new way to hedge the decline in foreign trade growth. 2016, The total foreign trade volume of China has reached 24.33 tillion yuan, and the total amount of cross-border e-commerce transactions has reached 6.3 tillion yuan. In 2017, the total volume of cross-border e-commerce transactions in China is expected to reach 6.64 tillion according to the current rate and scale of cross-border e-commerce development. The total amount of cross-border e-commerce transactions is expected to reach about 7.4 tillion. The role of cross-border e-commerce in the growth of import and export trade is not to be underestimated. At the same time, the development of cross-border e-commerce will also lead to the development of domestic related industries, such as logistics, computer industry, etc. Forming a virtuous economic cycle of mutual promotion and common development. However, with the rapid development of cross-border e-commerce, it is also facing a series of problems and lack of credibility. Logistics lag has hindered the healthy development of cross-border e-commerce. Based on the overview of cross-border e-commerce theory, this paper has a general understanding of the current development situation of cross-border e-commerce in China from the macro scale, logistics model, pilot cities and other aspects. On the basis of finding out the main problems that hinder the development of cross-border e-commerce from the aspects of reputation and logistics, and predicting the development trend of cross-border e-commerce in terms of growth rate, proportion of cross-border e-commerce imports and exports, government policies, etc., from the macro aspect, This paper puts forward reasonable and feasible suggestions on the future development of cross-border e-commerce in China from the perspectives of government and cross-border e-commerce enterprises.
