越南進出口美國市場主要水產(chǎn)品現(xiàn)狀及對策研究

【摘要】:越南水產(chǎn)品是越南的一個傳統(tǒng)優(yōu)勢產(chǎn)業(yè),但是隨著改革開放以來,經(jīng)濟逐漸走向市場化、發(fā)展迅速,尤其是出口貿(mào)易的快速增長更是其開放政策所取得成果的標(biāo)志。越南改革開放的成功,一方面加快了越南經(jīng)濟與世界經(jīng)濟的接軌,另一方面,這也給越南帶來了新的挑戰(zhàn);面對國際上如此多強大的對手越南水產(chǎn)品的國際競爭力卻是在持續(xù)下跌的。特別是越南在對美出口水產(chǎn)品時,既取得了一些成績,也遇到了一些問題。本文以越南出口美國水產(chǎn)品為研究對象,對其發(fā)展中帶有整體性、基本性、長期性問題進行深入研究,旨在為越南發(fā)展提供決策參考,同時提升越南水產(chǎn)品的競爭力,進一步挖掘出越南水產(chǎn)品文化價值,對越南水產(chǎn)品發(fā)展的內(nèi)外部環(huán)境進行分析,明確了其存在的機會與威脅、優(yōu)勢與劣勢,并運用RCA模型分析越南水產(chǎn)品競爭力,從而做出越南水產(chǎn)品品牌發(fā)展的策略選擇。通過實證分析研究,找到了越南出口美國水產(chǎn)品貿(mào)易中仍存在一定的問題,主要表現(xiàn):在美國對越南水產(chǎn)品稅收政策制約水產(chǎn)品發(fā)展,加工原料的不足制約了出口貿(mào)易的發(fā)展,越南主要出口產(chǎn)品自身存在不足,越南水產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量安全狀況令人堪憂。進而通過分析提出針對性的對策建議:突破非關(guān)稅壁壘,促進出口貿(mào)易,加快發(fā)展養(yǎng)殖業(yè),解決加工原料不足的“軟肋”,推進水產(chǎn)品精深加工,增加出口產(chǎn)品附加值,提高質(zhì)量安全水平,增強水產(chǎn)品競爭力,加強行業(yè)協(xié)會與政府的作用。
[Abstract]:Vietnam aquatic products is a traditional advantage industry in Vietnam, but with the reform and opening up, the economy is gradually moving toward the market, rapid development, especially the rapid growth of exports is a sign of opening policy. The achievements of the reform and opening up of Vietnam's success, on the one hand, to accelerate the convergence of the Vietnamese economy and the world economy, on the other on the one hand, it also brings new challenges to Vietnam; international competitiveness international is facing so many strong opponents of aquatic products in Vietnam continued to decline. Especially in Vietnam to the U.S. slobber products, not only made some achievements, but also encountered some problems. In this paper, Vietnam exports to the United States for aquatic products the object of study, with integrity, the development of basic, in-depth study of long-term issues, provide a reference for the development of Vietnam, Vietnam water and improve the competitive power of products, further Dig out more water product culture value, carries on the analysis to the development of aquatic products in Vietnam's internal and external environment, the existing opportunities and threats, strengths and weaknesses, and use RCA model to analyze vietnam water product competitiveness, in order to make the brand development strategy selection of aquatic products in Vietnam. Through empirical analysis, found there are still some problems, Vietnam exports to the United States in the aquatic product trade mainly in the United States restricted the development of aquatic products of Vietnam aquatic products tax policy, lack of raw material has restricted the development of the export trade of Vietnam, the main export products of their own shortcomings, Vietnam aquatic product quality and safety situation is worrying. Based on the analysis put forward the countermeasures and suggestions breakthrough: non tariff barriers, promote export trade, accelerate the development of aquaculture, processing of raw materials to solve the problem of "weakness", promote the fine and deep processing of aquatic products, increase Export products added value, improve the level of quality and safety, enhance the competitiveness of aquatic products, and strengthen the role of industry associations and the government.
