【摘要】：近幾年來,電子商務(wù)購物平臺(tái)正劇烈的改變著人們的購物習(xí)慣。在《電子商務(wù)“十三五”發(fā)展規(guī)劃》中,預(yù)計(jì)到2020年我國將實(shí)現(xiàn)電商交易額超40萬億元,網(wǎng)絡(luò)零售額達(dá)10萬億元左右。然而,蓬勃發(fā)展的電商平臺(tái)背后卻充滿著巨大的風(fēng)險(xiǎn),比如網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全方面的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、系統(tǒng)使用風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、管理方面的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、技術(shù)應(yīng)用方面的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、市場風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、法律和法規(guī)方面的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、風(fēng)控機(jī)制不健全等問題都嚴(yán)重影響了電商平臺(tái)的穩(wěn)健發(fā)展。為了保證項(xiàng)目順利實(shí)施,電商企業(yè)及平臺(tái)需像產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新一樣去以發(fā)展的眼光看待它。本文對(duì)L公司電子商務(wù)A平臺(tái)開發(fā)中的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理作了專題研究,以項(xiàng)目管理的運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)和軟件生命周期為樣本來進(jìn)行風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理方面的分析與研究。首先,確定風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理主要目標(biāo),進(jìn)行風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理方面的計(jì)劃與安排,確定L公司電子商務(wù)A平臺(tái)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的具體流程和研究方法。其次,為了系統(tǒng)、全面的進(jìn)行風(fēng)險(xiǎn)識(shí)別,在研究中主要采用WBS-LBS風(fēng)險(xiǎn)識(shí)別法。再者,對(duì)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素的評(píng)估采用定性方法如概率影響矩陣法,通過綜合評(píng)估得到風(fēng)險(xiǎn)排序表。最后,制定相關(guān)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)應(yīng)對(duì)計(jì)劃以應(yīng)對(duì)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的發(fā)生,當(dāng)確定風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素超過設(shè)定閾值達(dá)到風(fēng)險(xiǎn)觸發(fā)條件時(shí)啟動(dòng)應(yīng)對(duì)措施,化解風(fēng)險(xiǎn)或者減少風(fēng)險(xiǎn)造成的危害。L公司電商A平臺(tái)目前已經(jīng)成功上線運(yùn)作,實(shí)踐證明風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理為A公司的電商平臺(tái)搭建提供了重要保障。
[Abstract]:In recent years, e-commerce shopping platform is dramatically changing people's shopping habits. In "electronic commerce" 13th Five-Year "development planning", is expected to 2020, China will achieve the business turnover of over 40 trillion yuan, the network retail sales reached 10 trillion yuan. However, behind the rapid development of electronic business platform is full of great the risk, such as network security risk, system risk, risk management, risk, market risk, technology risk, laws and regulations, risk control mechanism is not perfect and other problems have seriously affected the healthy development of the electronic business platform. In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the project, business enterprises and the need to go to the platform look at it from the perspective of development like product innovation. This paper made a special study on risk management of L company business development platform of A electronics in the project management in operation and software life cycle Samples for the analysis and study of risk management. First, determine the risk management of the main target, plan and arrangement of risk management, to determine the specific process and research method of L, A e-commerce platform of risk management. Secondly, in order to conduct risk identification system, comprehensive, in the study mainly adopts WBS-LBS risk identification method assessment of risk factors. Furthermore, using qualitative methods such as probability and impact matrix method, the comprehensive evaluation risk ranking table. Finally, formulate relevant risk response plans to deal with risk, when start to deal with measures to identify risk factors to risk exceeds the preset threshold when the trigger condition, to reduce the risk or reduce the risk of harm caused by the.L company the electricity supplier A platform has been successful on-line operation, practice has proved that the risk management provides an important guarantee for the company's A business platform to build.
