【摘要】：在大健康、大消費的新形勢下,零售醫(yī)藥行業(yè)獲得迅速發(fā)展,企業(yè)規(guī)模在市場變化中不斷增大,門店數(shù)目增長迅速,總體呈現(xiàn)"小而散"的競爭格局。伴隨著企業(yè)的快速成長和門店擴張進度的加快,與企業(yè)持續(xù)發(fā)展密切相關(guān)的營運資金管理問題也越來越得到理論界與實務界的極大關(guān)注。如何在門店擴張與企業(yè)成長背景下更好地運作營運資金成為當下需要重點考慮的問題之一。從內(nèi)涵來看,作為企業(yè)日常流動性最大、變化最快、周轉(zhuǎn)性最強的重要組成部分,營運資金的具體定義已經(jīng)從當初簡單的流動資產(chǎn)與流動負債的差額擴大到二者關(guān)系以及與其相關(guān)的整個要素管理與渠道應用,并涉及企業(yè)投融資、生產(chǎn)銷售等資金管理的全過程。在理論方面,論文對目前營運資金和企業(yè)成長理論進行梳理,并對相關(guān)文獻進行回顧,發(fā)現(xiàn)學術(shù)界對營運資金管理的研究不再只局限于財務領(lǐng)域,而越來越多的與企業(yè)管理相結(jié)合,將渠道理論等引入營運資金管理領(lǐng)域?qū)崿F(xiàn)創(chuàng)新,令營運資金管理研究的重點逐漸從資金要素關(guān)注轉(zhuǎn)向?qū)Y金運營的關(guān)注。對于如何有序地安排營運資金,提高營運資金運作效率與盈利能力,優(yōu)化營運資金在公司整個運轉(zhuǎn)渠道中的運作研究仍處于探索階段,將營運資金管理與企業(yè)成長理論相結(jié)合的研究也是少之又少,有待豐富完善。從現(xiàn)實意義來看,在企業(yè)迅速發(fā)展擴張的過程中,能否充分利用營運資金,迎合擴張需求,發(fā)揮其在企業(yè)財務管理過程中的流動性與盈利性重要作用,加速資金周轉(zhuǎn),減少資金浪費,關(guān)乎到企業(yè)競爭地位與可持續(xù)發(fā)展。對此,論文研究源于實踐,又應用于實踐,結(jié)合企業(yè)成長擴張背景對營運資金管理理論及案例研究進行創(chuàng)新,立足當下零售醫(yī)藥行業(yè)企業(yè)成長擴張背景下營運資金管理存在問題,充分利用文獻研究法、案例研究法、比較研究法等研究方法,將企業(yè)成長理論與營運資金管理有效結(jié)合,利用企業(yè)生命周期理論、企業(yè)內(nèi)生資源理論等對營運資金管理進行理論豐富與創(chuàng)新。在案例選取上,論文以零售醫(yī)藥行業(yè)中的龍頭企業(yè)老百姓大藥房連鎖有限公司為例,結(jié)合公司處于企業(yè)"成長期"重要階段,門店擴張不斷加速,基于要素和渠道終端兩個角度,通過財報分析、實地調(diào)研等方式具體闡述了該公司在該背景下營運資金管理存在問題,將其與同行業(yè)具有同類特征公司(云南一心堂、湖南益豐大藥房等)以及國外同行業(yè)公司進行有效對比借鑒,指出改進營運資金管理體系的相關(guān)原則和具體對策,有重點地指出營運資金管理的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)和關(guān)鍵要素,從強化關(guān)鍵要素管理,把控擴張進度與店型優(yōu)化,創(chuàng)新組織結(jié)構(gòu)與理財配置等方面迎合企業(yè)成長穩(wěn)健性需要,努力提高營運資金運作效果,增強企業(yè)內(nèi)生成長能力,為公司營運資金管理改進提供新的方向。
[Abstract]:Under the new situation of big health and large consumption, the retail pharmaceutical industry has gained rapid development, the scale of enterprises has been increasing constantly in the market changes, and the number of stores has increased rapidly. The overall competition pattern is "small and scattered". With the rapid growth of enterprises and the accelerated pace of store expansion, Working capital management, which is closely related to the sustainable development of enterprises, has attracted more and more attention from the theoretical and practical circles. How to better operate working capital in the context of store expansion and enterprise growth has become an urgent need. From the point of view of connotation, As the largest daily liquidity, the fastest change, the strongest turnover of an important part of the enterprise, The specific definition of working capital has expanded from the simple difference between current assets and current liabilities to the relationship between the two and the whole element management and channel application associated with them, and involves the investment and financing of enterprises. The whole process of capital management, such as production and sales. In theory, the paper combs the current working capital and enterprise growth theory, and reviews the relevant literature. It is found that the academic research on working capital management is no longer confined to the financial field, but more and more combined with the enterprise management, channel theory is introduced into the field of working capital management to achieve innovation. The focus of the study on working capital management has gradually shifted from the focus on capital elements to the focus on capital operation. As to how to arrange working capital in an orderly manner and improve the operating efficiency and profitability of working capital, The study of optimizing the operation of working capital in the whole operating channel of the company is still in the exploratory stage, and the research on combining the working capital management with the theory of enterprise growth is rare and needs to be enriched and perfected. In the process of rapid development and expansion of enterprises, can we make full use of working capital to meet the needs of expansion, give play to its important role of liquidity and profitability in the process of financial management of enterprises, accelerate the turnover of funds, and reduce the waste of funds? It is related to the competitive position and sustainable development of enterprises. For this, the research in this paper originates from practice and applies to practice, and innovates the working capital management theory and case study in combination with the background of enterprise growth and expansion. Based on the existing problems in the management of working capital under the background of the current growth and expansion of retail pharmaceutical enterprises, the paper makes full use of the research methods such as literature research, case study, comparative research and so on, to effectively combine the theory of enterprise growth with the management of working capital. Using the theory of enterprise life cycle and the theory of enterprise endogenous resources to enrich and innovate the management of working capital, this paper takes the leading enterprise in the retail medicine industry, the common people's big pharmacy chain company, as an example. Combined with the company in the "growth period" of an important stage, store expansion is accelerating, based on the elements and channel terminal two angles, through the analysis of financial statements, Through field research and other methods, the paper concretely expounds the problems existing in the management of the working capital of the company under this background, and puts it in line with the company with similar characteristics in the same industry.
