【摘要】：從1991年正常交往以來(lái),中越兩國(guó)的經(jīng)貿(mào)關(guān)系迅速發(fā)展。中國(guó)—東盟自貿(mào)區(qū)的成立更為越南與中國(guó)提供了新的合作平臺(tái),為中越經(jīng)貿(mào)關(guān)系提供更多的機(jī)遇。本文通過(guò)文獻(xiàn)分析法、理論文分析法及計(jì)量方法來(lái)探討中國(guó)—東盟自由貿(mào)易區(qū)(ACFTA)的特點(diǎn)、越南與中國(guó)的貿(mào)易合作以及ACFTA的影響：越南經(jīng)濟(jì)開(kāi)放力度較大,整體貿(mào)易增長(zhǎng)速度較快,雖然還處于貿(mào)易逆差情況；中越貿(mào)易總額迅速增長(zhǎng),邊境貿(mào)易逐年擴(kuò)大,進(jìn)出口互補(bǔ)性明顯；在ACFTA的合作框架下,雖然雙方貿(mào)易已經(jīng)往前邁了較大一步,但仍然存在諸如貿(mào)易失衡、邊境政策不完善、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的滯后、貿(mào)易趨同性增強(qiáng)等問(wèn)題。最終本文從政府和企業(yè)兩個(gè)層面提出一些推動(dòng)中越貿(mào)易合作的政策建議,例如轉(zhuǎn)移貿(mào)易結(jié)構(gòu)、制定恰當(dāng)?shù)倪呝Q(mào)政策、加強(qiáng)雙方友好關(guān)系來(lái)推動(dòng)貿(mào)易、越南爭(zhēng)取加入“亞投行”等,并且期望通過(guò)加強(qiáng)與越南的貿(mào)易合作來(lái)深化中國(guó)與東盟的貿(mào)易關(guān)系。
[Abstract]:Since the normal exchanges in 1991, the economic and trade relations between China and Vietnam have developed rapidly. The establishment of the China-ASEAN Free Trade area provides a new platform for cooperation between Vietnam and China, and provides more opportunities for Sino-Vietnamese economic and trade relations. This paper discusses the characteristics of China-ASEAN Free Trade area (ACFTAA), the trade cooperation between Vietnam and China and the impact of ACFTA: Vietnam's economy is open to the outside world, and the overall trade growth rate is relatively fast. Although it is still in the situation of trade deficit; the total volume of Sino-Vietnamese trade is growing rapidly, border trade is expanding year by year, and imports and exports are obviously complementary. Under the framework of ACFTA cooperation, although bilateral trade has already taken a big step forward, However, there are still some problems, such as trade imbalance, imperfect border policy, lagging infrastructure, trade convergence and so on. Finally, this paper puts forward some policy suggestions to promote Sino-Vietnamese trade cooperation from the government and enterprise levels. For example, transfer of trade structure, formulation of appropriate border trade policies, strengthening of friendly relations between Vietnam and Vietnam to promote trade, Vietnam strives to join the "AIIB" and hopes to deepen trade relations between China and ASEAN through strengthening trade cooperation with Vietnam.
