【摘要】：L貿(mào)易公司始建于2008年,是上市企業(yè)遼寧成大股份有限公司的控股子公司。L貿(mào)易公司成立之初,主要經(jīng)營(yíng)水產(chǎn)、糧油和木材等大宗商品的國(guó)內(nèi)外貿(mào)易。但在2008年下半年,由于美國(guó)的“次貸危機(jī)”引發(fā)了全球性經(jīng)濟(jì)危機(jī),使L貿(mào)易公司的業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展受到了嚴(yán)重沖擊。面對(duì)不利的市場(chǎng)環(huán)境,L貿(mào)易公司積極^u發(fā)新業(yè)務(wù),經(jīng)過大量的市場(chǎng)調(diào)研后最終確定了經(jīng)營(yíng)煤炭業(yè)務(wù)的經(jīng)營(yíng)思路,為燃煤電廠提供煤炭懫購(gòu)和供應(yīng)服務(wù)。L貿(mào)易公司的煤炭業(yè)務(wù)經(jīng)過4年的發(fā)展,實(shí)現(xiàn)了良好的經(jīng)營(yíng)業(yè)績(jī),迅速成長(zhǎng)為該公司的支柱型業(yè)務(wù)。當(dāng)前,國(guó)內(nèi)外煤炭市場(chǎng)異常低迷,而煤炭貿(mào)易行業(yè)的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日益激烈,使L貿(mào)易公司的煤炭業(yè)務(wù)面臨嚴(yán)峻的市場(chǎng)挑戰(zhàn)。在這樣的市場(chǎng)形勢(shì)下,該公司制定煤炭業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略顯得非常迫切和必要。本論文遵循理論和實(shí)踐相結(jié)合的原則,本著發(fā)現(xiàn)問題、分析問題和解決問題的思路,制定了L貿(mào)易公司煤炭業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。本論文的正文包括五個(gè)部分。第一部分是文獻(xiàn)綜述,介紹了戰(zhàn)略環(huán)境分析理論和企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略理論。第二部分分析了L貿(mào)易公司煤炭業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展的外部環(huán)境,主要是對(duì)宏觀環(huán)境和產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)環(huán)境的分析。第三部分是對(duì)L貿(mào)易公司內(nèi)部環(huán)境的分析,包括基本情況、組織結(jié)構(gòu)、員工隊(duì)伍和煤炭業(yè)務(wù)經(jīng)營(yíng)狀況等。第四部分是對(duì)L貿(mào)易公司煤炭業(yè)務(wù)的SWOT分析。第五部分為L(zhǎng)貿(mào)易公司制定了煤炭業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。
[Abstract]:Founded in 2008, L Trading Company, a holding subsidiary of listed company Liaoning Chengda Co., Ltd., was established at the beginning of its operation. It mainly engaged in domestic and foreign trade in commodities such as aquatic products, grain, oil and timber. However, in the second half of 2008, As the "subprime mortgage crisis" in the United States has triggered a global economic crisis, the business development of L Trading Company has been seriously affected. In the face of adverse market conditions, L Trading Company is actively developing new business. After a large number of market research, the author finally determines the management idea of coal business, and provides coal purchase and supply service for coal-fired power plants. After 4 years of development, the coal business of the company has achieved good business performance. The rapid growth of the company's pillar business. At present, the domestic and foreign coal market is exceptionally depressed, and the coal trade market competition is increasingly fierce, The coal business of L Trading Company is faced with severe market challenge. In such a market situation, it is very urgent and necessary for the company to formulate the development strategy of coal business. This paper follows the principle of combining theory with practice. In line with the idea of finding problems, analyzing problems and solving problems, the development strategy of coal business of L Trading Company is formulated. The text of this paper includes five parts. The first part is a literature review. This paper introduces the theory of strategic environment analysis and the theory of enterprise development strategy. The second part analyzes the external environment of the development of coal business in L trading company. The third part is the analysis of the internal environment of L Trading Company, including the basic situation, the organization structure, The 4th part is the SWOT analysis of the coal business of L Trading Company. The 5th part formulates the development strategy of the coal business for L Trading Company.
