縣域農(nóng)村電商發(fā)展的障礙性因素及模式創(chuàng)新研究——以杞縣為研究對象

【摘要】:本文在分析河南省杞縣農(nóng)村電商障礙性因素的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合各級政府出臺的一系列促進農(nóng)村電商發(fā)展的政策,提出適合杞縣農(nóng)村電商發(fā)展的創(chuàng)新性農(nóng)村電商運營模式——基于農(nóng)村電商集群的農(nóng)村電商運營模式。杞縣是我國典型的農(nóng)業(yè)大縣,因此這一模式不僅適合杞縣農(nóng)村電商的發(fā)展建設,也為我國其他一些農(nóng)業(yè)大縣的農(nóng)村電商發(fā)展建設提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:On the basis of analyzing the obstacle factors of rural e-commerce in Qi County of Henan Province, this paper combines a series of policies issued by governments at all levels to promote the development of rural e-commerce. This paper puts forward the innovative rural e-commerce operation mode, which is based on rural e-commerce cluster, which is suitable for the development of rural ecommerce in Qi County, which is a typical agricultural big county in China. Therefore, this model is not only suitable for the development and construction of rural e-commerce in Qi County, but also provides a reference for the development and construction of rural e-commerce in other big agricultural counties in China.
