【摘要】：近年來我國的新車銷售保持快速增長的勢頭,舊機動車保有量不斷增加,交易數(shù)量不斷擴大。然而,由于產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展歷史較短等因素,舊機動車交易方式落后、市場競爭無序、信用信息系統(tǒng)不完善等問題,嚴(yán)重制約了舊機動車流通行業(yè)的發(fā)展,損害了消費者權(quán)益。大連舊機動車交易市場是大連市最大的舊機動車交易市場,公司自成立起至今已十五年,舊機動車交易數(shù)量平均以每年15%的增長速度遞增。據(jù)統(tǒng)計,大連市汽車保有數(shù)量約140萬輛,且以每年十幾萬輛的速度遞增,從公司經(jīng)營規(guī)模、功能、空間等方面已不能滿足目前市場需求。由此帶來的市場場外交易、無證經(jīng)營,給當(dāng)?shù)氐慕煌�、治安、消防帶來安全隱患。鑒于此大連舊機動車交易公司異地投資擴建了“大連汽車廣場UCC舊機動車交易中心”(位于保稅區(qū)汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)汽車物流城)。UCC舊機動車交易中心是依據(jù)國家商務(wù)部《關(guān)于促進(jìn)汽車流通業(yè)“十二五”發(fā)展的指導(dǎo)意見》的文件指示精神,參照國際舊機動車流通模式,高規(guī)格、高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)打造現(xiàn)代化的舊機動車交易服務(wù)平臺。本文從當(dāng)?shù)嘏f機動車交易市場的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、發(fā)展趨勢、現(xiàn)存問題及如何打破落后的交易方式促進(jìn)行行業(yè)誠信體系建設(shè)提出了自己的觀點和建議。筆者在職期間通過廣泛的調(diào)查和搜集資料,調(diào)研國外標(biāo)桿行業(yè)企業(yè)發(fā)展情況,對比分析,以準(zhǔn)確詳盡的事實和數(shù)據(jù)為依據(jù),進(jìn)行分析論證企業(yè)當(dāng)前所處的市場環(huán)境、競爭優(yōu)劣勢對比、面對機遇和挑戰(zhàn)提出了企業(yè)競爭戰(zhàn)略,并對企業(yè)競爭戰(zhàn)略的實施步驟進(jìn)行了詳盡的步驟描述,將實際情況與理論相結(jié)合,為企業(yè)實現(xiàn)總體目標(biāo)而制定了企業(yè)發(fā)展和實施策略。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the sales of new cars in China have maintained a rapid growth momentum, the number of old motor vehicles has been increasing and the number of transactions has been expanding. However, due to the short history of industrial development and other factors, the trading mode of old motor vehicles is lagging behind. The disordered market competition and the imperfect credit information system have seriously restricted the development of the old motor vehicle circulation industry. Dalian used motor vehicle trading market is the largest old motor vehicle trading market in Dalian. It has been 15 years since the company was established. According to statistics, the number of cars in Dalian is about 1.4 million, and it is increasing at the rate of more than 100, 000 vehicles per year, from the scale of operation and function of the company. UCC used motor vehicle trading center is in accordance with the Ministry of Commerce document on promoting the development of automobile circulation "12th Five-Year" guidance spirit. According to the international old motor vehicle circulation mode, high specifications, high standards to create a modern old motor vehicle trading service platform. This paper from the local old motor vehicle trading market development status quo, development trends. The existing problems and how to break the backward trading methods to promote the construction of industry integrity system put forward their own views and suggestions. Research on the development of foreign benchmarking industry enterprises, comparative analysis, based on accurate and detailed facts and data, to analyze and demonstrate the current market environment of enterprises, competitive advantages and disadvantages. In the face of opportunities and challenges, this paper puts forward the enterprise competitive strategy, and describes the implementation steps of the enterprise competition strategy in detail, combining the actual situation with the theory. In order to achieve the overall goal of the enterprise, the enterprise development and implementation strategy.
