【摘要】：進入21世紀(jì)以來,知識經(jīng)濟與高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)互相融合成為一種趨勢,服務(wù)業(yè)在國民經(jīng)濟中的作用越來越凸顯。隨著高技術(shù)制造業(yè)的發(fā)展成熟,并與現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)的融合發(fā)展,作為高技術(shù)服務(wù)化和服務(wù)業(yè)高技術(shù)化進程中出現(xiàn)的高技術(shù)服務(wù)業(yè)也開始興起,并在經(jīng)濟增長中扮演著越來越重要的角色。我國經(jīng)濟進入新常態(tài)后,對于產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)型升級的需求日益明顯,作為服務(wù)業(yè)內(nèi)最具有創(chuàng)新性的領(lǐng)域,高技術(shù)服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展不僅可以推動服務(wù)業(yè)本身的發(fā)展,促進產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新升級,轉(zhuǎn)變經(jīng)濟發(fā)展方式,而且有利于提升一個地區(qū)經(jīng)濟實力,提高國家經(jīng)濟增長的速度和質(zhì)量,真正實現(xiàn)我國由“中國制造”向“中國創(chuàng)造”轉(zhuǎn)變。近年來,我國高技術(shù)服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展迅速,但是與發(fā)達國家還存在著不小的差距。因此,有必要對我國高技術(shù)服務(wù)業(yè)競爭力進行量化評價,分析影響我國高技術(shù)服務(wù)業(yè)競爭力的因素,以便更好發(fā)揮高技術(shù)服務(wù)業(yè)對經(jīng)濟的帶動作用。本文在對高技術(shù)服務(wù)業(yè)和競爭力相關(guān)理論進行綜述的基礎(chǔ)之上,結(jié)合實際分析了影響我國高技術(shù)服務(wù)業(yè)競爭力發(fā)展的核心因素、基礎(chǔ)因素和環(huán)境因素,并借此構(gòu)建出了包含核心競爭力、基礎(chǔ)競爭力和環(huán)境競爭力的高技術(shù)服務(wù)業(yè)競爭力評價體系。運用基于熵值法和主成分分析法改進后的突變級數(shù)法,以我國2011年選定的北京、天津等高技術(shù)服務(wù)業(yè)首批試點省市為樣本,實證分析我國高技術(shù)服務(wù)業(yè)競爭力狀況,并從創(chuàng)新、人才、政策、城市化和對外開放角度提出了提升競爭力水平的建議和意見。
[Abstract]:Since 21th century, the integration of knowledge economy and high-tech industry has become a trend, the role of service industry in the national economy has become more and more prominent. And the integration with the development of modern service industry, as a high-tech service and high-tech service industry in the process of the emergence of high-tech services also began to rise. And plays a more and more important role in economic growth. After China's economy enters the new normal, the demand for industrial structure transformation and upgrading is increasingly obvious, as the most innovative field in the service industry. The development of high-tech service industry can not only promote the development of service industry itself, promote industrial innovation and upgrade, change the mode of economic development, but also help to enhance the economic strength of a region. To improve the speed and quality of the country's economic growth, and truly realize the transformation from "made in China" to "created in China". In recent years, China's high-tech service industry has developed rapidly. However, there is still a large gap with the developed countries. Therefore, it is necessary to evaluate the competitiveness of high-tech services in China quantitatively and analyze the factors that affect the competitiveness of high-tech services in China. In order to better play the role of high-tech services to the economy. This paper summarizes the theory of high-tech services and competitiveness. This paper analyzes the core factors, basic factors and environmental factors that affect the development of the competitiveness of high-tech service industry in China, and constructs the core competitiveness. The evaluation system of the competitiveness of high-tech service industry based on basic competitiveness and environmental competitiveness. Based on the method of entropy and the method of catastrophe series improved by principal component analysis, Beijing was selected by China in 2011. Tianjin and other pilot provinces and cities of high-tech services as a sample, empirical analysis of the competitiveness of high-tech services in China, and from innovation, talent, policy. Urbanization and opening to the outside world point of view to improve the level of competitiveness suggestions and opinions.
