【摘要】：眾籌平臺(tái)降低了中小企業(yè)的融資門檻,為解決中小微企業(yè)融資難問(wèn)題提供了新的思路和方法。但新成立的眾籌平臺(tái)很多,其中倒閉或停止運(yùn)營(yíng)的眾籌平臺(tái)也很多,歸根到底是眾籌平臺(tái)的商業(yè)模式出了問(wèn)題。鑒于目前眾籌平臺(tái)還沒(méi)有成熟的商業(yè)模式,本文將從眾籌平臺(tái)產(chǎn)生的背景和原因入手,通過(guò)分析國(guó)內(nèi)外具有代表性的眾籌平臺(tái)Kickstarter和點(diǎn)名時(shí)間,本文歸納出眾籌平臺(tái)商業(yè)模式的一般結(jié)構(gòu),從定位板塊、實(shí)現(xiàn)板塊、資源板塊、收入板塊四個(gè)方面入手,找出兼顧企業(yè)價(jià)值創(chuàng)造和顧客價(jià)值獲取的商業(yè)模式。本文重點(diǎn)分析了眾籌平臺(tái)存在的兩個(gè)主要問(wèn)題:盈利不足和眾籌項(xiàng)目失敗的問(wèn)題。對(duì)于第一個(gè)問(wèn)題,眾籌平臺(tái)要注意三個(gè)方面的改進(jìn):專業(yè)化和垂直化的發(fā)展、提供多樣化服務(wù)、拓寬盈利渠道;同時(shí)也提出了三種商業(yè)模式供眾籌平臺(tái)選擇:門檻質(zhì)押模式、小額擔(dān)保貸款模式、俱樂(lè)部模式。對(duì)第二個(gè)問(wèn)題,眾籌平臺(tái)可以通過(guò)建立流程管理系統(tǒng)來(lái)解決。本文旨在把握眾籌平臺(tái)商業(yè)模式的發(fā)展脈絡(luò)和趨勢(shì),為眾籌平臺(tái)找到合適的商業(yè)模式,促進(jìn)商業(yè)模式的實(shí)踐和創(chuàng)新。
[Abstract]:Crowdfunding platform reduces the financing threshold of small and medium-sized enterprises, and provides new ideas and methods to solve the financing difficulties of small and medium-sized microenterprises. However, there are many newly established crowdfunding platforms. Among them, many crowdfunding platforms have closed down or stopped operating. In the final analysis, there is a problem with the business model of the crowdfunding platform. In view of the fact that there is no mature business model for the crowdfunding platform at present. This paper will start with the background and reasons of the crowdfunding platform, through the analysis of the representative domestic and foreign crowdfunding platform Kickstarter and roll call time. This paper summarizes the general structure of the platform business model, from the positioning plate, the realization plate, the resource plate, the income plate four aspects. This paper analyzes the two main problems of crowdfunding platform: insufficient profit and failure of crowdfunding project. For the first problem. The improvement of crowdfunding platform should be paid attention to in three aspects: the development of specialization and perpendicularization, the provision of diversified services, and the widening of profit channels; At the same time, it also puts forward three kinds of business model for public financing platform choice: threshold pledge model, small guarantee loan model, club model. To the second question. Crowdfunding platform can be solved through the establishment of process management system. This paper aims to grasp the development of crowdfunding platform business model and trends to find a suitable business model for the crowdfunding platform. Promote the practice and innovation of business model.
