【摘要】：李克強總理在2014年的政府工作報告中提出以創(chuàng)新推動產業(yè)結構的優(yōu)化,以信息技術增強傳統(tǒng)產業(yè)競爭力�！盎ヂ�(lián)網+”計劃進一步明確了移動互聯(lián)、云計算、大數據、物聯(lián)網等元素與傳統(tǒng)產業(yè)相結合的發(fā)展理念,從而推動電子商務、互聯(lián)網金融、第三方支付等新興互聯(lián)網產業(yè)的健康發(fā)展,引導互聯(lián)網企業(yè)逐步走上國際舞臺,參與國際競爭。在互聯(lián)網改變人類生產生活方式的同時,傳統(tǒng)的企業(yè)管理模式越來越不適應時代的發(fā)展和需要,各行業(yè)正在發(fā)生著深刻的變革。互聯(lián)網個性化、敏捷化、高效化的思維對企業(yè)經營理念和管理模式產生了深遠影響。文章通過文獻檢索法、理論實踐結合法、比較分析法、調查研究法等研究方法,深入分析西安金融電子結算中心在互聯(lián)網時代進行管理變革的必要性和重要性。同時,結合自身管理水平和業(yè)務發(fā)展狀況進行變革方案設計。文章主要內容包括現代企業(yè)制度以及管理變革的相關理論基礎引用和闡述、西安金融電子結算中心面臨的市場環(huán)境分析、管理變革動因的總結、管理變革方案的設計以及管理變革實施的風險及其對策。經過系統(tǒng)的研究分析得出結論：在互聯(lián)網及互聯(lián)網金融的快速發(fā)展的時代背景下,西安金融電子結算中心進行適當的機構變革、業(yè)務變革以及制度變革,有利于在未來的市場競爭中爭取主動位置,更有利于樹立區(qū)域支付結算領域的核心地位。
[Abstract]:In his government work report in 2014, Premier Li Keqiang proposed to promote the optimization of industrial structure with innovation and enhance the competitiveness of traditional industries with information technology. The "Internet" program further clarified mobile interconnection. Cloud computing, big data, Internet of things and other elements combined with the traditional industry development concept, thus promoting the healthy development of e-commerce, Internet finance, third-party payment and other emerging Internet industries. Leading Internet enterprises to step onto the international stage to participate in international competition. While the Internet changes the way of life and production of human beings, the traditional enterprise management mode is more and more unsuitable for the development and needs of the times. Various industries are undergoing profound changes. The thinking of individualization, agility and high efficiency of the Internet has a profound impact on the business philosophy and management model. Comparative analysis, investigation and other research methods, in-depth analysis of the Xi'an Financial Electronic settlement Center in the Internet era of the necessity and importance of management reform. At the same time. Combined with its own management level and business development status of the reform scheme design. The main content of the article includes modern enterprise system and management reform related theoretical basis cited and elaborated. Xi'an financial electronic settlement center facing the market environment analysis, management reform motivation summary. The design of the management change scheme and the risk and countermeasures of the implementation of the management change. Through systematic research and analysis, we can draw the conclusion: under the background of the rapid development of the Internet and Internet finance. Xi'an Financial Electronic settlement Center carries out appropriate institutional changes, business changes and system changes, which is conducive to striving for the active position in the future market competition and establishing the core position in the field of regional payment and settlement.
