【摘要】：李克強(qiáng)總理在2014年的政府工作報(bào)告中提出以創(chuàng)新推動(dòng)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的優(yōu)化,以信息技術(shù)增強(qiáng)傳統(tǒng)產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力�！盎ヂ�(lián)網(wǎng)+”計(jì)劃進(jìn)一步明確了移動(dòng)互聯(lián)、云計(jì)算、大數(shù)據(jù)、物聯(lián)網(wǎng)等元素與傳統(tǒng)產(chǎn)業(yè)相結(jié)合的發(fā)展理念,從而推動(dòng)電子商務(wù)、互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融、第三方支付等新興互聯(lián)網(wǎng)產(chǎn)業(yè)的健康發(fā)展,引導(dǎo)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)企業(yè)逐步走上國際舞臺(tái),參與國際競爭。在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)改變?nèi)祟惿a(chǎn)生活方式的同時(shí),傳統(tǒng)的企業(yè)管理模式越來越不適應(yīng)時(shí)代的發(fā)展和需要,各行業(yè)正在發(fā)生著深刻的變革�；ヂ�(lián)網(wǎng)個(gè)性化、敏捷化、高效化的思維對(duì)企業(yè)經(jīng)營理念和管理模式產(chǎn)生了深遠(yuǎn)影響。文章通過文獻(xiàn)檢索法、理論實(shí)踐結(jié)合法、比較分析法、調(diào)查研究法等研究方法,深入分析西安金融電子結(jié)算中心在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)時(shí)代進(jìn)行管理變革的必要性和重要性。同時(shí),結(jié)合自身管理水平和業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r進(jìn)行變革方案設(shè)計(jì)。文章主要內(nèi)容包括現(xiàn)代企業(yè)制度以及管理變革的相關(guān)理論基礎(chǔ)引用和闡述、西安金融電子結(jié)算中心面臨的市場環(huán)境分析、管理變革動(dòng)因的總結(jié)、管理變革方案的設(shè)計(jì)以及管理變革實(shí)施的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)及其對(duì)策。經(jīng)過系統(tǒng)的研究分析得出結(jié)論：在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)及互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融的快速發(fā)展的時(shí)代背景下,西安金融電子結(jié)算中心進(jìn)行適當(dāng)?shù)臋C(jī)構(gòu)變革、業(yè)務(wù)變革以及制度變革,有利于在未來的市場競爭中爭取主動(dòng)位置,更有利于樹立區(qū)域支付結(jié)算領(lǐng)域的核心地位。
[Abstract]:In his government work report in 2014, Premier Li Keqiang proposed to promote the optimization of industrial structure with innovation and enhance the competitiveness of traditional industries with information technology. The "Internet" program further clarified mobile interconnection. Cloud computing, big data, Internet of things and other elements combined with the traditional industry development concept, thus promoting the healthy development of e-commerce, Internet finance, third-party payment and other emerging Internet industries. Leading Internet enterprises to step onto the international stage to participate in international competition. While the Internet changes the way of life and production of human beings, the traditional enterprise management mode is more and more unsuitable for the development and needs of the times. Various industries are undergoing profound changes. The thinking of individualization, agility and high efficiency of the Internet has a profound impact on the business philosophy and management model. Comparative analysis, investigation and other research methods, in-depth analysis of the Xi'an Financial Electronic settlement Center in the Internet era of the necessity and importance of management reform. At the same time. Combined with its own management level and business development status of the reform scheme design. The main content of the article includes modern enterprise system and management reform related theoretical basis cited and elaborated. Xi'an financial electronic settlement center facing the market environment analysis, management reform motivation summary. The design of the management change scheme and the risk and countermeasures of the implementation of the management change. Through systematic research and analysis, we can draw the conclusion: under the background of the rapid development of the Internet and Internet finance. Xi'an Financial Electronic settlement Center carries out appropriate institutional changes, business changes and system changes, which is conducive to striving for the active position in the future market competition and establishing the core position in the field of regional payment and settlement.
