【摘要】：經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展和城市化的推進(jìn)導(dǎo)致了人們對汽車的需求量越來越大,城市汽車持有不斷增加,從而造成了一系列的社會問題,例如道路擁堵、停車?yán)щy、資源浪費、環(huán)境污染等。近年來,共享租賃汽車逐漸進(jìn)入人們視野,這是一種將資產(chǎn)使用權(quán)與擁有權(quán)分開的交易形式,能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)資源共享,減少社會汽車總量。相比較傳統(tǒng)租車模式流程復(fù)雜、手續(xù)繁瑣以及租期較長的弊端,汽車共享租賃模式基于互聯(lián)網(wǎng),具有快捷、便利、租還車時間和地點靈活的特點。為了提高汽車?yán)寐?提高客戶滿意度,獲取更大利潤,對共享租賃模式下的汽車供需匹配問題的研究是十分有必要的。本文以共享租賃汽車模式為研究對象,首先介紹了汽車共享租賃這一新興出行模式,對交通、資源和環(huán)境的影響。通過比較傳統(tǒng)租賃流程和新興的共享租賃流程,以及國內(nèi)外汽車租賃公司的發(fā)展特點,指出當(dāng)前共享租賃汽車發(fā)展所面臨的問題�？偨Y(jié)了共享租賃模式下汽車的需求特征和供應(yīng)特征,構(gòu)建因果回路圖描述單向汽車共享租賃系統(tǒng),為具體選址和調(diào)度策略的制定提供思路。其次,本文提出了一種對備選租賃點在同一指標(biāo)體系下進(jìn)行評分,以選擇共享汽車租賃網(wǎng)絡(luò)布局的最優(yōu)化方案。通過選取共享租賃汽車決策評價指標(biāo),構(gòu)建選址布局的指標(biāo)體系,利用層次分析法標(biāo)定,得到各指標(biāo)層判斷矩陣和權(quán)重,從而計算得出最佳方案。以南京、杭州和上海為例,計算共享租賃汽車網(wǎng)點布局的評價數(shù)值,證明該指標(biāo)體系的可行性與合理性。最后,研究共享租賃模式下的汽車調(diào)度問題。依據(jù)消費者需求、損失成本和收益,構(gòu)建調(diào)度優(yōu)化模型,并提出了基于雙層排序綜合擇優(yōu)算法進(jìn)行求解。最終達(dá)到運輸收益最大化及運輸過程最優(yōu)化的目標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy and the development of urbanization, the demand for cars is increasing, and the holding of urban cars is increasing, which causes a series of social problems, such as road congestion and parking difficulties. Resources waste, environmental pollution, etc. In recent years, shared rental cars have gradually entered into people's vision, which is a transaction form that separates the right to use assets from the ownership right, which can realize the sharing of resources. Compared with the traditional car rental model process is complex, cumbersome procedures and longer rental period of the drawbacks, car rental model based on the Internet, fast, convenient. In order to improve the utilization of the car, improve customer satisfaction, and obtain greater profits. It is very necessary to study the matching problem of automobile supply and demand under the shared rental mode. This paper takes the shared rental car model as the research object, firstly introduces the new travel mode of the car sharing lease, to the traffic. By comparing the traditional leasing process with the emerging shared leasing process, and the development characteristics of domestic and foreign car rental companies. This paper points out the problems faced by the development of the shared rental vehicle, summarizes the demand and supply characteristics of the car under the shared lease mode, and constructs a causal circuit diagram to describe the one-way car sharing lease system. For the specific location and scheduling strategy for the formulation of ideas. Secondly, this paper proposes an alternative lease points in the same index system. In order to select the optimal scheme of shared car rental network layout, by selecting the evaluation index of shared rental vehicle decision-making, the index system of location layout is constructed and calibrated by AHP. The judgement matrix and weight of each index layer are obtained, and the optimal scheme is calculated. Taking Nanjing, Hangzhou and Shanghai as examples, the evaluation value of the distribution of shared rental car outlets is calculated. The feasibility and rationality of the index system is proved. Finally, the vehicle scheduling problem under shared rental mode is studied. According to consumer demand, loss cost and income, the optimal scheduling model is constructed. Finally, the goal of maximizing the transportation revenue and optimizing the transportation process is achieved.
