【摘要】:自上世紀(jì)70年代起,我國(guó)百貨行業(yè)經(jīng)歷了快速發(fā)展到現(xiàn)今進(jìn)入到緩慢增長(zhǎng)階段。但近些年受到經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境、電子商務(wù)沖擊等因素的影響,業(yè)績(jī)普遍都呈下滑狀態(tài)。許多百貨公司開始創(chuàng)新變革,有些逐漸轉(zhuǎn)型為大型購(gòu)物中心,步入全面渠道轉(zhuǎn)型之路。面對(duì)這樣的變革,百貨企業(yè)對(duì)新型人才需求量也在加大。Z百貨公司的招聘制度形成已有十年之久,已經(jīng)不能完全適應(yīng)現(xiàn)在人才招聘需要,因此有必要重新探討修訂招聘體系優(yōu)化方案,這對(duì)Z百貨公司有效招聘到適合的人才來說有著重要的理論和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本文首先闡述了論文研究的背景及意義,結(jié)合國(guó)內(nèi)、國(guó)外的理論研究現(xiàn)狀,以Z百貨公司為例對(duì)百貨企業(yè)招聘管理問題進(jìn)行研究。在分析Z百貨公司現(xiàn)有人員情況下,解讀了Z百貨公司招聘體系現(xiàn)狀及存在問題;改進(jìn)設(shè)計(jì)了Z百貨公司員工招聘體系,最后提出了Z百貨公司員工招聘體系實(shí)施的對(duì)策、建議及保障措施。
[Abstract]:Since -30s, the department store industry of our country has experienced rapid development to enter the stage of slow growth now, but in recent years by the economic environment, e-commerce impact and other factors. Performance generally declined. Many department stores began to innovate and change, some gradually transformed into a shopping mall, into a comprehensive channel transformation. Faced with such a change. The demand for new talent in department stores is also increasing. Z department store recruitment system has been formed for 10 years, can not fully adapt to the current talent recruitment needs. Therefore, it is necessary to re-explore the revised recruitment system optimization scheme, which has an important theoretical and practical significance for the effective recruitment of suitable talent in Z department store. Firstly, this paper expounds the background and significance of the paper research. Combined with the current situation of domestic and foreign theoretical research, taking Z department store as an example, this paper studies the recruitment management of department store, and analyzes the existing personnel of Z department store. Explains the Z department store recruitment system and existing problems; This paper improves and designs the staff recruitment system of Z department store, and finally puts forward the countermeasures, suggestions and safeguard measures for the implementation of the staff recruitment system in Z department store.
