【摘要】：隨著土地確權(quán)及流轉(zhuǎn)政策一系列法律及文件的頒布實(shí)施,農(nóng)資電商迎來(lái)了戰(zhàn)略機(jī)遇,國(guó)家層面的互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+農(nóng)業(yè)的政策利好,各種資本及人才進(jìn)入農(nóng)資電商領(lǐng)域。北方公司作為線下建設(shè)體驗(yàn)示范農(nóng)場(chǎng)及綜合服務(wù)站、線上實(shí)現(xiàn)產(chǎn)品購(gòu)買(mǎi)交易的農(nóng)業(yè)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)企業(yè),迎來(lái)了新的發(fā)展機(jī)遇,需要對(duì)投資機(jī)會(huì)進(jìn)行甄別和優(yōu)選。論文借助投資機(jī)會(huì)研究、技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)評(píng)價(jià)等理論工具,按照市場(chǎng)機(jī)會(huì)分析、企業(yè)機(jī)會(huì)分析、投資機(jī)會(huì)綜合評(píng)價(jià)、投資機(jī)會(huì)確定的研究邏輯,依次展開(kāi)分析。首先分析了農(nóng)資行業(yè)的市場(chǎng)特點(diǎn)、農(nóng)資電商市場(chǎng)及消費(fèi)特點(diǎn)、增長(zhǎng)原因及農(nóng)資電商細(xì)分市場(chǎng)的投資機(jī)會(huì)。其次分析了基于企業(yè)核心優(yōu)勢(shì)的農(nóng)資電商企業(yè)的電商投資案例。最后分析了電商企業(yè)對(duì)北方公司投資農(nóng)資電商項(xiàng)目的啟示。其次分析了北方公司的內(nèi)部資源與能力,包括人力資源分析、技術(shù)能力及管理能力分析、資金資源分析,在外部環(huán)境和內(nèi)在能力分析的基礎(chǔ)上,運(yùn)用SWOT分析矩陣,初步確定了北方公司在農(nóng)資電商市場(chǎng)的投資機(jī)會(huì)。并對(duì)北方公司在“飼草、糧食、經(jīng)濟(jì)作物、特種作物”種植區(qū)域一體化農(nóng)資電商的投資機(jī)會(huì)進(jìn)行了綜合評(píng)價(jià)分析,得出了飼草、糧食作物種植區(qū)域一體化農(nóng)資電商為北方公司的農(nóng)資電商項(xiàng)目投資機(jī)會(huì)。通過(guò)“成長(zhǎng)性-可行性”分析矩陣,本研究最終確定北方公司選擇在以飼草種植區(qū)為主,以主要糧食種植區(qū)為輔開(kāi)展一體化農(nóng)資電商業(yè)務(wù)。隨后對(duì)項(xiàng)目建設(shè)方案進(jìn)行了初步的規(guī)劃與設(shè)計(jì),并提出了相應(yīng)的保障措施。
[Abstract]:With the promulgation and implementation of a series of laws and documents on land ownership and circulation policies, agricultural e-commerce has ushered in a strategic opportunity, and the policy of Internet agriculture at the national level is favorable. All kinds of capital and talents enter the field of agricultural materials e-commerce. As an offline experience demonstration farm and integrated service station, the agricultural Internet enterprises that realize the purchase and transaction of products online, have ushered in a new development opportunity. Investment opportunities need to be identified and selected. The paper uses investment opportunities research, technical and economic evaluation and other theoretical tools, according to market opportunities analysis, enterprise opportunity analysis, investment opportunities comprehensive evaluation. The research logic of investment opportunity is analyzed in turn. Firstly, the market characteristics, market and consumption characteristics of agricultural property industry are analyzed. The reasons for the growth and the investment opportunities of the agribusiness subdivision market are analyzed. Secondly, the case of the agribusiness investment based on the core advantages of the enterprise is analyzed. Secondly, it analyzes the internal resources and capabilities of the Northern Company. Including human resources analysis, technical and management capabilities analysis, financial resources analysis, on the basis of the external environment and internal capacity analysis, the use of SWOT analysis matrix. The investment opportunities of the Northern Company in the agribusiness market were preliminarily identified, and the "forage, grain, cash crops" of the northern company were preliminarily identified. The investment opportunities of regional integration agribusiness for special crops were evaluated and analyzed, and the forage grass was obtained. The regional integrated agribusiness of food crop planting is the investment opportunity of the agribusiness project of the northern company. The analysis matrix of "growth-feasibility" is adopted. This study finally determined that the northern company chose to develop the integrated agricultural materials e-commerce business mainly in forage planting area and supplemented by the main grain growing area. Then the preliminary planning and design of the project construction program were carried out. And put forward the corresponding safeguard measures.
