【摘要】:經(jīng)濟(jì)多元化發(fā)展的二十一世紀(jì),汽車(chē)消費(fèi)方式也越來(lái)越多樣化,我國(guó)汽車(chē)市場(chǎng)在傳統(tǒng)的全款購(gòu)車(chē)和貸款購(gòu)車(chē)模式的基礎(chǔ)上,衍生出融資租賃和向租車(chē)公司租車(chē)的新形式,來(lái)滿(mǎn)足不同人群的消費(fèi)需求。由于“汽車(chē)限購(gòu)”政策的出臺(tái)以及車(chē)輛限行為人們帶來(lái)的各種不便,汽車(chē)租賃市場(chǎng)前景廣闊。然而,傳統(tǒng)的車(chē)輛租賃模式普遍存在:租賃流程復(fù)雜、手續(xù)繁瑣、取還車(chē)不方便等問(wèn)題,而且租期時(shí)間較長(zhǎng),多為日租、月租,不能滿(mǎn)足短距離用戶(hù)的出行需求。車(chē)輛分時(shí)租賃具有:租賃流程簡(jiǎn)單、網(wǎng)上預(yù)約、自助取車(chē)、異地還車(chē)、最短按小時(shí)計(jì)費(fèi)等特點(diǎn),簡(jiǎn)單便捷的租車(chē)方式,為人們帶來(lái)租車(chē)新體驗(yàn)。目前我國(guó)車(chē)輛分時(shí)租賃處于發(fā)展的初級(jí)階段,雖然從事分時(shí)租賃的企業(yè)數(shù)量有一定的增加,但是企業(yè)規(guī)模較小,盈利情況不容樂(lè)觀(guān)。而且國(guó)內(nèi)對(duì)分時(shí)租賃的研究?jī)H僅局限于其運(yùn)營(yíng)模式,或者簡(jiǎn)單的對(duì)其盈利狀況進(jìn)行分析,沒(méi)有系統(tǒng)地、有針對(duì)性地進(jìn)行盈利能力的財(cái)務(wù)分析。因此,深入研究車(chē)輛分時(shí)租賃的盈利能力,對(duì)促進(jìn)及完善我國(guó)分時(shí)租賃市場(chǎng)的發(fā)展極為重要。在此背景下,本文對(duì)車(chē)輛分時(shí)租賃的概念進(jìn)行詳細(xì)介紹,選取在我國(guó)分時(shí)租賃市場(chǎng)發(fā)展比較成熟的H公司為研究對(duì)象,首先,從客戶(hù)盈利能力、成本收入、運(yùn)營(yíng)狀況、資產(chǎn)收益四個(gè)方面進(jìn)行財(cái)務(wù)分析;然后,運(yùn)用五力模型從供應(yīng)商、購(gòu)買(mǎi)者、替代品、行業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)者、潛在競(jìng)爭(zhēng)者五個(gè)角度詳細(xì)分析了微觀(guān)環(huán)境對(duì)H公司車(chē)輛分時(shí)租賃盈利能力的影響;最后,將H公司與分時(shí)租賃項(xiàng)目各方面均運(yùn)營(yíng)完善的法國(guó)Autolib以及國(guó)內(nèi)的短租平臺(tái)悟空租車(chē)進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析,指出H公司的不足之處?偨Y(jié)歸納出增強(qiáng)H公司車(chē)輛分時(shí)租賃盈利能力的建議,希望可以給我國(guó)分時(shí)租賃企業(yè)帶來(lái)一些啟示和借鑒。
[Abstract]:In 21th century, with the diversified development of economy, automobile consumption mode is becoming more and more diversified. China's auto market is based on the traditional car purchase and loan mode. Financial leasing and car rental companies derived from the new forms to meet the consumption needs of different groups of people. Because of the introduction of "car purchase restrictions" policy and vehicle restrictions for people to bring a variety of inconvenience. However, there are many problems in the traditional vehicle rental mode, such as complicated leasing process, complicated procedures, inconvenient car rentals, and long rental period, most of which are daily rent and monthly rent. It can not meet the travel needs of short-distance users. Vehicle time-sharing rental has the following characteristics: simple rental process, online booking, self-help car pick-up, car return, the shortest hourly billing and other characteristics, simple and convenient car rental. At present, vehicle timesharing in China is in the primary stage of development. Although the number of enterprises engaged in timesharing has increased to a certain extent, the scale of enterprises is relatively small. Profit situation is not optimistic. And domestic research on time-sharing leasing is limited to its operating mode, or simply to analyze its profit situation, without systematic. Therefore, it is very important to study the profitability of vehicle time-sharing lease in order to promote and perfect the development of time-sharing leasing market in China. This paper introduces the concept of vehicle time-sharing lease in detail, and selects H Company, which is mature in the market of time-sharing lease in China, as the research object. Firstly, from the customer profitability, cost income, operating conditions. Financial analysis on four aspects of asset income; Then, from five aspects of suppliers, buyers, substitutes, industry competitors and potential competitors, the impact of micro environment on H company vehicle time-sharing leasing profitability is analyzed in detail by using the five-force model. At last, the author compares H company with the French Autolib, which has a perfect operation in all aspects of the project, and Wukong, a short rental platform in China. This paper points out the deficiency of H Company, summarizes the suggestions to enhance the profit ability of H Company's vehicle time-sharing lease, and hopes to bring some enlightenment and reference to China's timesharing leasing enterprises.
