【摘要】：中國(guó)和東盟都是21世紀(jì)最具活力的經(jīng)濟(jì)體之一,由于特殊的歷史關(guān)系和地理因素,中國(guó)和東盟有著比較深厚的經(jīng)濟(jì)合作基礎(chǔ)。尤其是2002年以后,中國(guó)-東盟自由貿(mào)易區(qū)的正式啟動(dòng)以來(lái),中國(guó)和東盟的合作更是不斷得到深化。除了受2008年金融危機(jī)影響外,中國(guó)對(duì)東盟的投資額和貿(mào)易額都在加速增長(zhǎng)。鑒于國(guó)際直接投資和國(guó)際貿(mào)易之間有著不可分割的聯(lián)系,研究二者之間的關(guān)系對(duì)于更好的加強(qiáng)中國(guó)和東盟的經(jīng)濟(jì)合作具有重要的意義。就對(duì)外直接投資和進(jìn)出口貿(mào)易的關(guān)系來(lái)看,國(guó)外學(xué)者的研究主要集中于以下三點(diǎn),即對(duì)外直接投資和進(jìn)出口貿(mào)易存在著相互替代、相互促進(jìn)和不確定三種關(guān)系。而且關(guān)于二者關(guān)系的研究對(duì)象也多集中于中于發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家之間的相互投資或者發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家對(duì)發(fā)展中國(guó)家的投資。國(guó)內(nèi)學(xué)者對(duì)對(duì)外直接投資的研究起步相對(duì)較晚,而且研究更多的集中于外商對(duì)華直接投資的技術(shù)溢出效應(yīng)和貿(mào)易效應(yīng)。國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)者對(duì)中國(guó)的對(duì)外直接投資的貿(mào)易效應(yīng)研究則相對(duì)不多,即便有些學(xué)者作了研究,也多側(cè)重于企業(yè)進(jìn)行FDI的原因、優(yōu)勢(shì)和不足之處。本文以中國(guó)對(duì)東盟的直接投資為研究對(duì)象,著重探討其對(duì)中國(guó)與東盟十國(guó)進(jìn)出口貿(mào)易的影響,具體而言,本文以對(duì)外直接投資的國(guó)際貿(mào)易效應(yīng)理論作為分析的理論基礎(chǔ),以中國(guó)對(duì)東盟的直接投資和二者的貿(mào)易現(xiàn)狀作為分析對(duì)象,通過(guò)運(yùn)用規(guī)范分析的方法,進(jìn)行理論分析,并在此基礎(chǔ)上,基于面板數(shù)據(jù),依據(jù)引力模型,通過(guò)計(jì)量分析方法,分析中國(guó)2004-2013年對(duì)東盟各國(guó)直接投資的進(jìn)出口貿(mào)易效應(yīng)。實(shí)證研究結(jié)果顯示,中國(guó)對(duì)東盟地區(qū)的直接投資對(duì)于拉動(dòng)中國(guó)向其出口具有積極作用,對(duì)于中國(guó)的進(jìn)口卻產(chǎn)生了一定的替代作用。最后,根據(jù)以上分析結(jié)果,提出作者的政策建議:政府要為我國(guó)企業(yè)在東盟的投資創(chuàng)造更好的條件,加強(qiáng)和東盟地區(qū)的政策合作;另外,企業(yè)投資東盟國(guó)家時(shí),既要結(jié)合國(guó)內(nèi)產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移的大背景,又要以自身優(yōu)勢(shì)為基礎(chǔ),選擇合理的投資產(chǎn)業(yè),并根據(jù)投資動(dòng)機(jī)和東盟國(guó)家的具體資源環(huán)境稟賦選擇投資國(guó)家。
[Abstract]:Chinese and ASEAN is one of the most dynamic economies in twenty-first Century, due to historical and geographical factors of the special relationship, Chinese and has a deep foundation of the ASEAN economic cooperation. Especially after 2002, has officially launched Chinese ASEAN Free Trade Area, Chinese and ASEAN cooperation is deepening. In addition to the the 2008 financial crisis, China of ASEAN Investment and trade volume are accelerating growth. In view of the inseparable link between international direct investment and international trade, and research the relationship between the two is of great significance for strengthening economic cooperation between ASEAN and China better. The foreign direct investment and import and export trade relations, foreign scholars mainly focus on the following three points, namely, foreign direct investment and import and export trade have mutual substitution, mutual promotion and uncertain three off Department of mutual investment. And study about the relationship between the two is also more concentrated in the developed countries or the developed countries investment in developing countries. The domestic scholars on foreign direct investment research started relatively late, technology spillover effect and trade effect and research more focused on foreign direct investment in China. The research on the trade effect of China foreign scholars on the China of foreign direct investment is relatively small, even though some scholars have studied, also focus on enterprise FDI reasons, advantages and disadvantages. In this paper, China to ASEAN direct investment as the research object, focusing on the impact of China and ASEAN import and export trade specific in this paper, the international trade effect of foreign direct investment theory as the theoretical basis of the analysis, the trade situation Chinese of direct investment in ASEAN and two as The analysis object, by using the method of normative analysis, theoretical analysis, and on this basis, based on the panel data, according to the gravity model through quantitative analysis method, analysis China 2004-2013 years direct investment to ASEAN import and export trade effect. The empirical research results show that the Chinese direct investment in ASEAN to promote Chinese to the export has a positive effect, for Chinese imports have some substitution effect. Finally, according to the above analysis, the author put forward the policy recommendations: the government should for Chinese enterprises to create better conditions in the ASEAN Investment, strengthen cooperation and ASEAN Policy; in addition, enterprises investing in ASEAN countries, not only to with the background of the transfer of the domestic industry, but also based on their own advantages, reasonable selection of the investment industry, and according to the investment motivation and ASEAN specific resource environment report Fu chooses to invest in a country.
