【摘要】：近年來(lái),隨著對(duì)貿(mào)易問(wèn)題研究的日益深入,制度對(duì)國(guó)際貿(mào)易的影響開(kāi)始受到廣泛關(guān)注,制度會(huì)對(duì)一國(guó)貿(mào)易的規(guī)模和模式產(chǎn)生重要影響。制度對(duì)貿(mào)易產(chǎn)生影響的理論基礎(chǔ)是新制度經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)理論,包括制度變遷理論、產(chǎn)權(quán)理論、企業(yè)理論和交易費(fèi)用理論。國(guó)際貿(mào)易問(wèn)題研究的一個(gè)重點(diǎn)集中在出口增長(zhǎng)方面,出口增長(zhǎng)體現(xiàn)在出口產(chǎn)品數(shù)量和出口產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的提高,本文主要研究制度對(duì)出口產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的影響。本文借鑒Faruq(2011)的方法將制度因素引入到影響出口產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的分析框架中,進(jìn)行深入研究。中國(guó)現(xiàn)在已經(jīng)是世界第一大出口國(guó),因此對(duì)制度如何影響出口產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量進(jìn)行分析,對(duì)于提高中國(guó)出口產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量、改善出口結(jié)構(gòu)具有重要意義。本文通過(guò)將中國(guó)的制度指標(biāo)具體化為政府效率、監(jiān)管質(zhì)量、腐敗控制和法治四個(gè)方面,利用1996-2012年世界銀行數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)中的制度指標(biāo)數(shù)據(jù),運(yùn)用貿(mào)易引力模型,針對(duì)中國(guó)的制度與出口產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量進(jìn)行了一系列實(shí)證研究,包括總體研究、分發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家和發(fā)展中國(guó)家的研究以及分產(chǎn)品類型的研究。主要結(jié)論如下:中國(guó)的四個(gè)制度指標(biāo)中除腐敗控制之外,其他三個(gè)指標(biāo)的影響都為正,即政府效率的提高、監(jiān)管質(zhì)量的提高和法治水平的提高都會(huì)促進(jìn)出口產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的升級(jí),而腐敗控制指標(biāo)的升高則會(huì)阻礙出口產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的提升。隨后本文又對(duì)發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家和發(fā)展中國(guó)家分別進(jìn)行了實(shí)證研究,發(fā)展中國(guó)家的實(shí)證結(jié)果較之發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家更為顯著,這可能與中國(guó)出口到發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家和發(fā)展中國(guó)家的產(chǎn)品類型不同有關(guān)。進(jìn)一步,本文從產(chǎn)品層面,將出口產(chǎn)品分為五大類,分別進(jìn)行了實(shí)證研究,發(fā)現(xiàn)制度對(duì)高技術(shù)產(chǎn)品出口產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的影響最大。最后,本文從利用制度改善出口產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量方面提出了政策建議。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the deepening of the study of trade issues, the impact of the system on international trade began to receive widespread attention. Institution will have an important impact on the scale and mode of a country's trade. The theoretical basis of the influence of institution on trade is the theory of new institutional economics, including institutional change theory and property right theory. Enterprise theory and transaction cost theory. One of the focuses of international trade research is on export growth, which is reflected in the quantity of export products and the improvement of the quality of export products. This paper mainly studies the impact of institution on the quality of export products. This paper uses the method of Faruqi 2011) to introduce institutional factors into the analytical framework that affects the quality of export products. China is now the world's largest exporter, so how the system affects the quality of export products is analyzed to improve the quality of China's export products. It is of great significance to improve the export structure. In this paper, China's institutional indicators are translated into four aspects: government efficiency, regulatory quality, corruption control and the rule of law. By using the institutional index data of the World Bank database from 1996 to 2012 and using the trade gravity model, a series of empirical studies on China's institutional and export product quality have been carried out, including the overall research. The main conclusions are as follows: except for corruption control, the impact of the other three indicators is positive. That is, the improvement of the efficiency of the government, the improvement of the quality of supervision and the improvement of the level of the rule of law will promote the upgrading of the quality of export products. The increase of corruption control index will hinder the improvement of export product quality. Then this paper makes empirical research on developed and developing countries respectively. The empirical results of developing countries are more significant than those of developed countries, which may be related to the different types of products that China exports to developed countries and developing countries. Export products are divided into five categories, respectively, empirical research, found that the system has the greatest impact on the quality of high-tech export products. Finally. This paper puts forward some policy suggestions on how to use the system to improve the quality of export products.
