【摘要】：伴隨著人類經(jīng)濟(jì)文明的快速發(fā)展,主題公園得以興起并快速發(fā)展。目前國(guó)內(nèi)主題公園的建設(shè)與運(yùn)營(yíng)狀況各不相同。本文從主題公園主題建設(shè)與內(nèi)部商業(yè)建設(shè)并重的角度出發(fā),對(duì)主題公園的主題策劃與商業(yè)策劃進(jìn)行了分析。本文在總結(jié)主題公園應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,提煉出主題公園的特點(diǎn)、經(jīng)濟(jì)特性及對(duì)地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)的影響。圍繞主題公園的策劃展開(kāi)分析,闡述了主題公園的策劃目的和原則,主題公園內(nèi)的景點(diǎn)空間布置、交通策劃。綜合分析了組成主題公園要素的建筑物、水景、堆山、標(biāo)志物、綠化。對(duì)主題公園內(nèi)部商業(yè)加以分析。提出主題公園商業(yè)開(kāi)發(fā)的關(guān)鍵構(gòu)成要素:主題公園坐落空間分布關(guān)系、市場(chǎng)輻射距離、主題公園規(guī)模。從公園區(qū)位分析、周邊商業(yè)分析、商業(yè)價(jià)值分析幾個(gè)角度對(duì)主題公園商業(yè)分析進(jìn)行了總結(jié)。針對(duì)西安某主題公園進(jìn)行了主題策劃分析和商業(yè)策劃分析。為類似主題公園的建設(shè)提供了可借鑒的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economy and human civilization, the theme park to rise and rapid development. At present the construction and operation situation of the domestic theme park is different. This paper from the theme of theme park construction and commercial construction and internal point of view, on the theme park theme planning and business planning are analyzed. Based on the summary of the theme park the application of the present situation, summarizes characteristics of the theme park, the economic characteristics and the impact on the regional economy. Around the theme park planning analysis, expounds the theme park planning objectives and principles, space layout, theme park attractions, transportation planning. The comprehensive analysis of the composition of elements of the theme park building, Waterscape, hill, marker, green. The theme park business analysis. The key elements of the theme park business development: the theme park is located off the space distribution Department of market radiation distance scale. From the analysis of the theme park park location, the surrounding business analysis, business value analysis of several aspects has carried on the summary to the theme park business analysis in Xi'an. A theme park of theme planning analysis and business planning analysis. It can provide the experience for the construction of similar theme park.
