【摘要】：2008年全球金融危機(jī)后,金磚國家的經(jīng)濟(jì)迅速復(fù)蘇成為全球經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的主引擎,特別是歐洲債務(wù)危機(jī)進(jìn)一步凸顯了金磚國家的優(yōu)勢。隨著第二屆金磚國家農(nóng)業(yè)部長會(huì)議的召開,中國與金磚國家的農(nóng)業(yè)合作進(jìn)入更加密切的時(shí)期,研究中國與金磚國家的農(nóng)產(chǎn)品貿(mào)易具有十分重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本文利用2000-2013年間中國與其他金磚國家農(nóng)產(chǎn)品進(jìn)出口貿(mào)易數(shù)據(jù),運(yùn)用G-L指數(shù)、GHM指數(shù)分別測算中國與其他金磚國家的農(nóng)產(chǎn)品產(chǎn)業(yè)內(nèi)貿(mào)易的水平和結(jié)構(gòu),發(fā)現(xiàn)中國與其他金磚各國農(nóng)產(chǎn)品貿(mào)易仍以產(chǎn)業(yè)間貿(mào)易為主,產(chǎn)業(yè)內(nèi)貿(mào)易水平并不顯著,并對(duì)金磚國家之間不平衡增長的農(nóng)產(chǎn)品貿(mào)易現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行多層次、全方位的分析。運(yùn)用擴(kuò)展的引力模型,實(shí)證分析影響中國與其他金磚國家農(nóng)產(chǎn)品產(chǎn)業(yè)內(nèi)貿(mào)易水平的主要因素,結(jié)果顯示中國與其他金磚國家的雙邊貿(mào)易距離、人均國民收入差異和外商直接投資對(duì)金磚國家農(nóng)產(chǎn)品產(chǎn)業(yè)內(nèi)貿(mào)易有負(fù)向作用,而雙邊市場規(guī)模、各國對(duì)外開放程度以及金磚各國貿(mào)易政策因素都對(duì)中國與其他金磚國家農(nóng)產(chǎn)品產(chǎn)業(yè)內(nèi)貿(mào)易有積極影響。基于本文的統(tǒng)計(jì)分析和實(shí)證結(jié)論,提出擴(kuò)大農(nóng)產(chǎn)品貿(mào)易的市場規(guī)模、制定合理的國民收入分配制度、加大對(duì)農(nóng)業(yè)在技術(shù)創(chuàng)新方面的改進(jìn)、強(qiáng)化我國出口農(nóng)產(chǎn)品的差異化打造我國農(nóng)產(chǎn)品的出口品牌、引導(dǎo)其他金磚國家對(duì)我國在農(nóng)業(yè)領(lǐng)域的投資,以實(shí)現(xiàn)各國在我國農(nóng)業(yè)投資與各國農(nóng)產(chǎn)品貿(mào)易的良性互動(dòng)等對(duì)策建議,以期進(jìn)一步擴(kuò)大我國與金磚國家之間的經(jīng)貿(mào)合作。
[Abstract]:After the 2008 global financial crisis, the rapid recovery has become the main engine of global economic growth of BRICs economies, especially the European debt crisis further highlights the advantages of the BRIC countries. As the BRIC countries held the second session of the conference of Ministers of agriculture, Chinese and BRIC countries agricultural cooperation more closely into the period, has a very important practical significance. Study on national China and gold trade in agricultural products. This paper uses the 2000-2013 China years with other BRIC countries agricultural products import and export trade data, using the G-L index, GHM index measure the level and structure of Chinese and other BRIC countries, intra industry trade of agricultural product, trade and other BRIC countries found Chinese agricultural products still on intra industry trade mainly, the level of intra industry trade is not significant, and the imbalance among the BRIC countries, the situation of agricultural trade growth in the multi-level, A full range of analysis. By using the expanded gravity model, an empirical analysis of main factors influencing the level of trade with other BRIC countries China agricultural products within the industry, the results show China bilateral trade distance with other BRIC countries, per capita income difference and the foreign direct investment industry of agricultural products trade in the BRIC countries have negative effects, and bilateral the size of the market, the degree of opening to the outside world and the BRIC countries trade policy factors have a positive impact on the Chinese and the other BRIC countries, intra industry trade in agricultural products. Statistical analysis and empirical based on the conclusions of this paper, put forward the expansion of trade in agricultural products market, develop a reasonable distribution system of national income, increase the improvement of the technical innovation in agriculture the difference, strengthen the export of agricultural products in China to create China's agricultural products export brand, leading the other BRIC countries on China's agricultural industry in the lead In order to further expand the economic and trade cooperation between our country and BRICs, we should make investment in the field to realize the benign interaction between all countries' agricultural investment and agricultural products trade in different countries.
