【摘要】:柑橘類鮮果由于營養(yǎng)豐富,所以被廣泛栽培于世界各國。中國是柑橘生產(chǎn)大國,目前產(chǎn)量居世界首位,但不是柑橘出國強國,出口量卻占了產(chǎn)量較小的比率,在柑橘出口貿(mào)易中受到了多種不同因素的制約,這在很大程度上影響了中國柑橘出口的國際競爭力和國際市場勢力。因此,本文通過對中國柑橘出口的國際競爭力進行分析,用計量模型實證檢驗中國柑橘出口的國際市場勢力大小,分析影響中國柑橘出口的國際市場勢力的主要因素,并提出相對應(yīng)的對策建議。這對改善中國柑橘出口國際市場格局和貿(mào)易環(huán)境,提高中國柑橘出口在國際市場上的地位具有非常重要的意義。本文采用比較分析法,從中國柑橘的供給、出口總量、市場分布等來分析中國柑橘出口的現(xiàn)狀,然后選取相關(guān)的競爭力評價指標——顯示性比較優(yōu)勢指數(shù)和貿(mào)易競爭力指數(shù)來研究中國柑橘出口的國際競爭力程度,發(fā)現(xiàn)中國柑橘出口的國際競爭力不強。然后運用理論研究與實證研究相結(jié)合的方法,通過中國柑橘出口體系的數(shù)據(jù)以及剩余需求彈性模型,運用計量方法來實證檢驗中國柑橘出口的國際市場勢力,發(fā)現(xiàn)中國柑橘出口國際市場勢力不強。同時,本文分析了影響中國柑橘出口國際市場勢力的主要因素,主要有以下幾點:(1)出口單價較低,中國柑橘出口在國際市場上低價多銷,幾乎沒有控制價格的能力,現(xiàn)實的市場勢力并不明顯。(2)生產(chǎn)成本較高,中國柑橘較高的生產(chǎn)成本是影響中國柑橘出口國際市場勢力的主要因素。(3)出口利潤低,中國柑橘較低的出口利潤降低了中國柑橘出口貿(mào)易的收益,不利于中國柑橘出口的國際市場勢力建立。(4)中國柑橘供給與世界柑橘需求不匹配,這導(dǎo)致了中國柑橘出口的國際市場勢力缺失。(5)貿(mào)易壁壘較多,中國柑橘出口所面臨的較高的貿(mào)易壁壘是影響中國柑橘出口國際市場勢力的主要外部制約因素。在中國柑橘國際競爭力和市場勢力的分析基礎(chǔ)上,本文提出幾點對策建議:一是相關(guān)政府部門,行業(yè)協(xié)會與出口企業(yè)合力,形成緊密合作;二是中國柑橘企業(yè)要積極拓展出口目標市場,促進中國柑橘出口的市場結(jié)構(gòu)多樣化;三是中國柑橘在出口時要積極面對世界各國對柑橘的技術(shù)貿(mào)易壁壘,消除貿(mào)易壁壘對中國柑橘出口的障礙;四是目前中國柑橘基本處于分散經(jīng)營模式,不利于規(guī)模經(jīng)濟的形成,所以要通過產(chǎn)業(yè)集約化、產(chǎn)品標準化生產(chǎn)來提高柑橘出口的貿(mào)易效益;五是促使出口柑橘與市場需求相符。
[Abstract]:Citrus fresh fruit is widely cultivated in the world because of its rich nutrition. China is a big citrus producing country and its output ranks first in the world at present, but it is not a powerful citrus country, but the export volume accounts for a small proportion of the output. In citrus export trade has been restricted by many different factors, which to a large extent affect the international competitiveness of Chinese citrus exports and international market forces. This paper analyzes the international competitiveness of China's citrus exports, empirically tests the international market power of Chinese citrus exports with econometric models, and analyzes the main factors that affect the international market power of Chinese citrus exports. The corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward, which will improve the international market pattern and trade environment of Chinese citrus exports. It is of great significance to improve the status of Chinese citrus export in the international market. This paper uses comparative analysis to analyze the current situation of Chinese citrus export from the supply, total export volume and market distribution of Chinese citrus. Then select the relevant competitiveness evaluation index-display comparative advantage index and trade competitiveness index to study the degree of international competitiveness of Chinese citrus exports. It is found that the international competitiveness of Chinese citrus exports is not strong. Then, through the data of Chinese citrus export system and the model of residual demand elasticity, we combine the theoretical research with empirical research. Using the econometric method to empirically test the international market power of Chinese citrus export, it is found that the international market power of Chinese citrus export is not strong. At the same time, this paper analyzes the main factors that affect the international market power of Chinese citrus export. The main points are as follows: (1) Export unit price is relatively low, Chinese citrus exports sell at low prices and sell more in the international market, there is almost no ability to control prices, and the actual market forces are not obvious. 2) the production costs are relatively high. The higher production cost of Chinese citrus is the main factor affecting the international market power of Chinese citrus export. The low export profit of Chinese citrus decreases the profit of Chinese citrus export trade. China's citrus supply does not match with the world's citrus demand, which leads to the lack of international market power of Chinese citrus exports. 5) there are more trade barriers. The high trade barriers faced by China's citrus exports are the main external constraints affecting the international market power of Chinese citrus exports, based on the analysis of China's citrus international competitiveness and market power. This paper puts forward several countermeasures and suggestions: first, the relevant government departments, trade associations and export enterprises work together to form a close cooperation; Second, Chinese citrus enterprises should actively expand the export target market to promote the diversification of the market structure of Chinese citrus export; Third, the Chinese citrus should face the technical trade barriers of the countries in the world and eliminate the barriers of the trade barriers to the export of Chinese citrus. Fourth, at present, citrus in China is basically in a decentralized management mode, which is not conducive to the formation of scale economy, so it is necessary to improve the trade efficiency of citrus export through intensive production of industry and standardized production of products. Fifth, to promote the export of citrus and market demand.
